Krampus is searching for his demon queen and his eyes are only on me...
I never thought Santa could be evil, but here I am, begging him to release my demon boyfriend from his magical ice crystal chains so I can have one last dance with him before he's banished to the South Pole until next December fifth.
Peter Krampus stole my heart when I stole his hat and I find myself searching for ways to make our time together longer. It's only been a few days since we've met, but I don't think I can stand a whole year away from him.
The last thing I want to do is make the wrong choice.
Now, it's my turn to save him.
Can I trust myself to make the right decision? Will I be able to find a solution that can suit us, and keep the spirit of Christmas alive?
Tieran was being whisked off her feet by Krampus when Saint Nick showed up and whisked him away from her. She’s hoping to see Krampus again and make things right. Figure out their relationship and decide if she would actually like to be his queen.
This was a good follow up to books 1 & 1.5. It was a good end to the story though it did feel a bit rushed. Also, I’m not sure what it was but I went from liking Tieran & Sasha in the first book to finding them horribly whiny and a bit annoying in this one. I do think the words giggle, groaned, and whined were used excessively in this volume. Using the word giggle 3-4 times a page is a bit much. Other than that I found this to be a cute Krampus story and overall enjoyed it.
One of those times the second half is even better than the first. I really did love the friendship that we see between Sasha and Tieran, the one that I am hoping we see again sweep Sasha off her feet, and how deeply Krampus actually feels about his background and the things he will do to have her love... and what she will do too. This takes us on an emotional journey, with some nice twists and a bit of spice along the way.
I was very excited to get this book. I was excited to see how this story would progress. I had a good time reading this book. I love Nattie's story telling. This book didnt quite play out how I wanted it too, sadly. However, I am super excited to keep reading her work.
I greatly appreciate receiving this from the Author.
The pacing felt off, and along the way, it felt like the plot was lost and then found towards the end again. There were minor plot holes as well. Tieran and Sasha were kinda annoying in this book too.
