This reads like a college informal essay turned into a "I can make money from this if I add stuff" book of 130 pages. It has some good info that can be found online separately, but this is a gathering point for it; so that's convenient if you don't have time to do the research yourself.

At the beginning of the chapters, it's got quotes and images from the internet. Each chapter is formatted in an attempt to have uniformity among them using the formula: [points] then [specific techniques for some of the points] and ends with [activities]. Sometimes information shows a citation; at the end of the book is a references list of these and a list of the images-used's retrieval locations.

Not sure if any of it will help the overthinking, but some of it will be interesting journaling points.

just what I needed

I stumbled onto this book, looking for something to jog me out of a very stuck morass of perfectionism. The author is able to articulate issues and solutions using both humor, common sense and kindness. A definite winner.
