Lust came first. And then came marriage. Tomb captivated Nina in just a few words. She couldn’t imagine life without him.
He brought her into his biker universe, gifting her a found family. But years later, passionate chemistry alone couldn’t sustain their relationship.
Neglect came last. And then came anguish.
Long, solitary nights. Days away from each other. An absence of communication meant only one painful decision.
When Tomb went to extreme measures to save their marriage, could she trust his actions were sincere? Especially when he presented a new, domineering, infatuated, and entirely focused version of himself she’d never witnessed before. Or was Nina going to break her heart and leave her soulmate biker behind because he was incapable of giving her what she needed the most?

I write steamy, emotionally driven contemporary and MC romance, featuring tough-as-nails alpha men who only show their soft side for their person.
My books are packed with dirty talk, detailed sex scenes, and swoony, slow-burn chemistry that explodes. I lean into dark-lite themes, sometimes forbidden tropes, but I always deliver that satisfying, well-earned HEA.
Currently, I’m riding with bikers and bad boys—but one day I’ll be bringing you the dirtiest, most seductive vampire in paranormal romance. If you love intense love stories, broken characters, and men who love hard and fight harder, I’ve got something for you. 🖤
What to expect: ✔️Marriage in crisis ✔️Falling in love twice ✔️Domineering biker ✔️Characters in their 40s ✔️Spicy times outside ✔️Road Captain's First Lady ✔️Never letting you go! ✔️C0ck warming ✔️All the love languages ✔️Spousal kidnap and forced proximity ✔️A couple learning to communicate ⛔No cheating/spicy scenes with others ⛔Pregnancy/babies
Marriage in crisis by miscommunication and lack of romance but lot of sex, Maybe that’s not a good premise but I find it very romantic and I like both mcs, Safe Romantic He is crazy about her Very good sex scenes
My old a$$ stayed up way too late to finish Tomb by V. Theia. It's the testament to a favorite author and a fan-freaking-tastic romance book, that's for sure, because I love my sleep more than anything LOL.
Give me this big dad body biker please!! I want his teasing tongue and his smoking hot words. I want his dedicated heart and OTT nature. I want his worship and utter devotion.
I love the miscommunication trope, I was internally screaming for them to open up and confess their darkest and scariest thoughts to each other and when they did it was beautiful.
I loved how Tomb was OTT possessive over Nina, how he sneaked around and took care of her needs even when she didn't know it. Nina was the best heroine, I felt her every emotion and how she ached to have her husband love her just as much as she adored him. Never did I worry they would split up because their love was THAT strong.
I got to see my psycho RUIN too. That 'make up' scene between the club brothers was so funny.
This series is going from strength to strength. Can't wait to see what BASH gets up to.
Oh my god, I can't tell you how incredible it feels to hold a book in your hand from your favorite series! Tomb is book five in the Diablo Disciples MC series and oh boy, it did not disappoint at all.
Marriage in trouble - kidnap - forced proximity.
That was just the tip of the iceberg.
I love when the couple is already established and we don't need the meet-cute in usual romance books. Tomb and Nina have been together for several years, but she's feeling neglected by her big bear of a husband. They have smoking hot sex, but other than that, he's never home.
That's because Tomb met Nina and felt this compulsion to be overbearing, to always know where she was, ensure her safety, to control their relationship, and because she'd had shitty boyfriends in the past who'd tried to control her, he leashed those feelings so he didn't scare her away.
Lack of communication is usually annoying af, but it was done well and when Tomb and Nina started to talk, it was so nice to see them being open with each other. Not that Tomb doesn't go to extreme measures to keep his wife. I LOVED HIS WAYS!!
My heart was so giddy in those moments. And when he teased her and made her scowl and he loved it, it was beautiful.
This couple shows how a romance couple should be after their HEA. They go through tough times and come out the other end stronger and more in love for it.
Oh the ending was good! This author delivers on epilogues like no other.
As always V has knocked it out the park sometimes, I think there will be a biker that she writes that I will not like but I can say I am still waiting. Tomb is so loveable and when he thinks he is losing his wife he becomes a man with a mission and the mission is for him to finally see some home truths. He also kidnaps her for a few days away from everything because logical biker as always.. but I cannot not love him and the boys and now I am very interested in where it is all going again. Nina, knows she should be thankful for having a husband like tomb but something isn’t right and he is giving her what she needs. Yes this has everything I needed especially all the Christmas at the end, as well as the sucker punch at the end V, because it did it was nice to have some resolution with ruin and Tomb but where this book leads to has me worried. And to see the pig again made me squeal because I would die for the little pig. I love him so much and how much he thinks he is a little doggo as well. Again the ending makes me also excited to see what the next generation will bring because there is just enough crumbs for me needing to know more .
If you like HEA and biker books V’s books are for you she does not shy away from people who have flaws then give this series a follow because you will not be disappointed in them.
……. and the QUEEN does it again! Let’s talk Tomb. 1. Off the charts spice- check 2. Possessive AF hero- check 3. Spice out the wazoo- check 4. Strong heroine- check 5. Spice that melts the undies- check
I was telling my friend, Jayne that this book could be the Handbook for Miscommunication. This is a married couple who can still set a bed on fire, but can’t communicate worth a nickel. She feels lonely and like a single girl, but married. He feels like if she knew how OTT obsessive he was, she would run. So what’s a girl to do? Ask for a little break to figure things out. What’s a guy to do? Kidnap her and talk and rail it out. I will take door #2, Monty.
Seriously, Tomb is the BOMB that set an explosion in my downstairs. Read this series, read this book, grab a towel and remember to stay hydrated my friends. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I had high hopes. The story premise is good and promising. Who doesn't want to see an OTT man grunt over his love? But the story kind of falls apart a little bit
😞 Nina was written like a true brat in some spots. Not horribly bit just enough. She isn't very communicative, she doesn't share any secrets but yet she's upset with the state of her marriage feeling lonely. We don't get any real depth here with Nina. She's kind of a flatline until the last 30%.
😞 Tomb's big reveal didn't really seem that bad. He's just obsessive over his girl. Not the worst or even the 😜 🤪 just really wants to know what she's doing. This story beat persists throughout the entire 250+ page book. We don't dig very deep with Tomb (he doesn't need a big dark trauma secret from his past) but it would have been nice to see more layers.
😞 why is this man groveling? Why is all of the smex focused in her?
😞 the storybeats and conflicts repeated a lot. So much so I strongly wished this story was shorter. The tighter narrative would have helped with the pacing and with the Groundhog Day dejvu
🙃 the ending with the nephew made the story big bag of sighs
Super jealous, possessive and controlling alpha type intends to reign himself in hiding his nature for fear of scaring his woman off.She takes it as inattentive disinterest and finally confronts him! Things get🔥🔥🔥explosive! MC,mild.BDSM,extended epilogues
This one was just ok for me. It was good but not great. I didn't really like Nina and didn't feel like Tomb should have been doing all the work. Now that being said I did love Tomb himself! But the book could've been shorter and Nina was just ugh...
Falling for a dad bod biker has never been so hotttttt!! – A million stars!
quote: “My limits are reached, princess. I tried this your way and was happy to do that, but now, when this is all behind us, you’ll have no one to blame but yourself for how we go forward. I tried to be respectable. For you. For my wife. Now you’ve unleashed the animal. Learn to live with it, or don’t. But it’s happening.” Those emphasized words felt like the silkiest caress over her skin. Nina didn’t know how to process what he was saying or why. Mute, she could only stare.
For once, her sassiness took a timeout.
“There’s going to be no inch of your life I don’t control from now on. I’ll leave my fingerprints on every part of your existence to remind you of who you belong to.”
Tomb and Nina's story was incredibly engaging from start to finish. Each chapter meant something, it was never just filler as you find with a lot of MC's.
The author will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions in this heartfelt marriage in crisis romance. And what a journey it was. I got giddy reading the love story between Tomb and Nina, an older couple, but wow, did they bring the HEAT. This one was just too fkn good and I can't wait for more from this EPIC series.
I would advise to read from the beginning, only because the series is THAT good, but Tomb is a standalone. Contains no cheating or abuse of the heroine.
Emotional, heart-twistingly beautiful, sexy as hell, funny banter between brothers... this book is FAMAZING!! Book five - Tomb. But can be read as a standalone, but why would you do that when all the series is addictive?
Trope: troubled marriage on the verge of collapse.
This series is MC at its best. While there is an undercurrent of an MC story told alongside the romance, it never overtakes the lead characters, and I enjoy that aspect. Tomb was deliciously protective and didn't care if he came across as overbearing as long as his nina girl knew she was loved.
No current MCs are like this series and I love how the author weaves all the brotherhood with the couple of the moment. Read it and love it. I adore her sex scenes. They're some of the best out there. I love how she unapologetically writes hot steamy scenes the way the characters need to. It makes me love these characters even more! And it'll make you drop your kindle and reach for your partner to blow off some steam with them 😉
1. How can you have “tender” $ex up against a dirty wall in a filthy back alley? 2. Nina was upset with Tomb because he was always either at the club or doing something for the club and never spent any time with her unless they were having $ex. So, he took her to a club BBQ and immediately abandoned her to go drink with his buddies. 3. The book blurb made it sound like Tomb was going to have to grovel like crazy after he had neglected his wife so badly she wanted a separation. But instead, he turned into a total caveman and dominated her 24/7. When Nina and Tomb first got together, she told him that her “exes had been too controlling” and that it had “turned her off to serious relationships”. So, he thought that controlling every single aspect of her life was going to make her change her mind about ending their marriage? And, of course, she found it hot. 🙄🙄🙄 4. Nina accidently overheard Tomb and Splice talking about how Tomb had been having her followed and when she got upset, Tomb told her to stop giving him attitude. Nope. I’m out.

For the safety gang: On page violence. Explicit sex. Death of a sibling (mentioned briefly at the end) Kidnapping of a wife. Overbearing, unapologetically bossy biker. No cheating.
I'm an established fangirl of V. Theia's books. I own them all, read them often for comfort reads, but even I was nervous going into a book about a married couple. My heart sank, Oh no, was this the book where the author wrote about the bikers fucking around with someone else and had to make up for it?
Thank the goddess my fears came to nothing. Tomb was as loyal to his wife as loyal comes. He was FERAL to keep men away from his gorgeous blonde wife. I love how he handled it, unapologetically possessive. The plot was thrilling, focusing on the couple but had enough MC storyline to tie this book up into a beautiful brotherhood and romance.
It was great to read about a couple in their forties who didn't want babies, their whole world was each other and once they were on the same page with those feelings they didn't mind showing it.
It's always fun with this series to get teasers of other bikers and their HEA. Bash is going to be fun and when Splice falls in love, that biker is going to go down like a ton of bricks!! I need Denver's backstory too
I enjoyed this book, it’s not your typical storyline of a biker meets his old lady romance, it’s about finding communication with your partner and being to each other who you truly are and who they need you to be. This is another series I haven’t read from the start, but I would read others in this series. The only thing that I found annoying in this book is that it just kind of ends, the storyline of the stabbing and rival gang isn’t resolved and the threat to the FL from her landlord just kinda ends. Anticlimactic. There are a bunch of epilogues that focus on the main couple’s relationship and brings in other side stories that aren’t even mentioned in the main story. Maybe some of the side stories get finished in other books in the series?
Another great addition to this series. I liked how this was dealing with subjects that aren't really discussed. I felt for the characters. It was relatable. Looking that connection in marriage and having one's life go complacent is A hard thing to swallow.
Tomb is the man for realizing what he needs to do for his woman. That might have been the best part of the story. The fact that he was a man of action and not afraid to put in the work?!? That's a good man.
There were a few areas that I wished had been expanded more. That is the reason for less stars. Still, it's a solid book and has me excited for the next book.
He has suppressed his desire to be in all parts of her life. At first it sounds super controlling and it kind of is but not. It's about her trusting him and opening up to him to be involved in all aspects of her life, him empowering her to know when she needs help and trusting that if he steps in, it's for the best. Also to let him take care of her, help dress her or groom her occasionally. Lots of feels in this as he realizes how alone she feels and he hurts, thinking he failed as a husband.
I like a good breeding trope but I love when a couple is childfree, especially by choice.
If you've read V. Theia Books you might think you know what to expect. Theia's story about Tomb and Nina has a new feel. This couple are so over the top in love and devotion they will make your light shine. I was not prepared for the feelings between them. I believe we were left with bread crumbs to follow for more with another generation. Oh, I hope so!!! Don't miss this book. Thank you V for Tomb and Nina ❤
It's the sweet things that count. Sometimes, it's running away with your spouse to work on marriage commutation. Tomb and Nina are already married and truly in love. They just keep missing the words to say how they feel. Tomb finds the way to fix that, and it's just the way I would want things for me.
What would you do if the love of your life wanted a divorce from you? Answer: Why yes, you’re right, you stalk her of course! 👄
LMAO I though Ruin was unhinged but Tomb proved he is just the same 😭. Did I laughed when I found out the real reason why he seems so distant from his wife?Answer: YES. But is it adorable? Answer: DEFINITELY YES.
DNF of course. Maybe it was the shallow writing, maybe it was a lack of proper editing, maybe both.
"Tomb was so goddamn prehistoric that he might as well be dragging a wooden club along the ground behind him." This was funny enough, I mentally chuckled.
"...he tested her reaction by intensifying his fingers around her hair." I LOL'd
V writes a good story, we all know that, but this is on another level. Tomb and Nina are slightly older than the usual MC hero and heroine but that just makes it all the better.
I’m not going to rate this one. I hate leaving bad feedback but this was not what I was expecting. When I read marriage in trouble I was expecting angst and heart ache. It was neither, and add the worse ease of BBS for the heroine I have read in a long time I found myself skimming the last 50%.
I loved the unusual premise of the story…long after boy meets girl, boy falls in love, boy gets girl…the man has to learn how to keep the woman he loves engaged in their marriage. Tomb delves further into what “happily ever after” means and how it does not stand a chance without authenticity. The entire Disciples series is a great read, but Tomb is a stand out.
Tomb and Nina. He wanted to keep her separate to the max but had an emotional affair with the daughter of the president. She left after feeling discarded after she was kidnapped and he left everything to win her back after the mc wasn’t there to help him when she was taken.
