love this

I love that my favorite couple got to start the family they wanted at the end. I love the fact that the couple set boundaries with their families. I am so happy for them.

This was the perfect ending! It's so bittersweet that my favs story is now complete, but done so well! This one kept me laughing from page 1 .😂 And if my man do protect me like Bees then I don't want him! And Chile that mess at the end.... Like what y'all being messy for👀😂. Nonetheless I loved this and can't wait to read more of your catalog!💜

From Kingston, With Love: A Candid Story by Aria Daze is another irreverent, zany, sweet and emotional look at Thebes and Wilhelmina Darces as they navigate the beginning of their marriage and impending parenthood. We first encountered the pair in Candid, and I was happy to see them post marriage. Thebes is neurodivergent and Wilhelmina is his haven from the stressors of the world, both societal and family. Thebes loves Wilhelmina with everything that he has and makes it his life’s mission to cherish and provide for her. Their pregnancy is cutely detailed, and we get ample amusing antics from their family and friends. Thebes remains unfiltered and borderline unhinged as he struggles with normal cues and interactions. This book is an awesome addition to the Candid-verse and I would love to see the Darces family in the future!

From Kingston

Umm of course I loved this update. I really wanna see them in mummy and daddy mode to talking Theo and Martin because the that Thebes sets it straight I can only imagine how the twins will be. I loved the sweetness of the way Thebes made her pregnancy. It was like they both were able to enjoy a usually stressful time. I know I have to say it but the damn Romin just made me mad but hell that baby shower was some sort of get back. Overall a really nice story and definitely had me smiling!!!

I was really happy with this follow up to Candid! I appreciated being able to see the progression in their relationship and how they navigated a new journey. It was also great to see how the family dynamics adjusted and respected the boundaries set and faced consequences if they weren’t.

I want more about Bees and Willa! (And how many kids they had because the epilogue of Candid got me thinking it’s a gaggle of them running around lol)

(I’m also glad that the writing structure was improved from the first book)

A great sequel story

Thebe & Billy's story needed to continue after their wedding, and this did it justice. The only problem with this one is ... now what's gonna happen AFTER this? :-)

This is a short continuation of Candied. I’d highly recommend reading that book first — you won’t be disappointed. I LOVED THIS! I LOVE WILLA AND THEBES SO MUCH! I seriously don’t think any other book couple will compare to them. They were literal soulmates through and through, and it was beautiful seeing them transition to parenthood. These books are definitely hidden gems. This author definitely deserves her flowers because she wrote the hell out of these books! 💐👏🏾🤎
