The book has very little to offer. No takeaways as such. Shallow analysis and poor examples.

Picked up from dad's pile, was half expecting it to involve plenty of gloating about the heroics of the families.

Which was half there, but if one were to read between the lines there are instances portrayed in a backhanded way, such as Eastern's union busting and how the Dodla founder got a bit of help as Rs 4 Cr (in the 90s) from his father, that made it a better read than it would've been otherwise.

Overall, the stories and anecdotes were intriguing enough, but the analysis and advice, not so much. Would also have benefited from cutting off a third of its length.
