Missing in Action Part 2

Rate this book
Vietnam, 1970. A US Navy aircraft narrowly avoids being shot down by a cloud of missiles launched from a remote patch of jungle, south of Haiphong, North Vietnam. In South Vietnam, the Vietcong kidnaps Nguyen Huy Quan, the nephew of the President of South Vietnam. Two unrelated events. Except they are not unrelated.

A bored and disinterested intelligence officer has filed away the note about the strange missile launch, marked ‘no further action.’ It remains unread, until President Thieu’s wife, nicknamed ‘The Dragon Lady,’ demands action to get her nephew back from the North. At first, his whereabouts are unknown. Until A search uncovers the report about the strange missile launch. The Communists are hiding something down there. A military installation? Or something else?

Everything points to it being something else. A probable secure location for holding VIP prisoners. If Nguyen Huy Quan is anywhere, he is likely to be there. They need to send in a unit to find out. If they are there, to get the prisoners out of North Vietnam. They need a unit that has completed a similar mission. A unit like Heller’s Recon Team.

Black Ops Recon IV – Missing In Action II is an action-packed spin-off series from the Black Ops Vietnam series. A full-length novel by the bestselling author of many Spec Ops books. These include the popular SEAL Team Bravo stories, Heroes of Afghanistan, Raider, Echo Six, and Devil's Guard titles.
