It's like all the useful self help books I've ever read combined into a readable, digestible nugget. My upfront bias is: my personal travel agency is mentioned in the book. However, I absolutely loved it! I've known Justin for over a decade and watching him transform and continue to grow is not only inspirational, but also a constant reminder that we can do whatever we want and don't have to stick to one path. This book is a great one to keep on the shelf, and pick up whenever you need a little inspiration. Kornmann is out here influencing everyone to be a better version of themselves and leading the pack by example. It's an honest and vulnerable self reflection that's relatable to anyone. Want to dive into some self help, but don't have the time to read hundreds of pages? - this is a great start and offers wisdom and practice to dive deeper into different topics. Being a human is tough, and no one really teaches you how, but this book is a great guide to understanding life a little better :)

Absolutely one of the best self help and mindfulness guides out there. If you’ve ever read The Four Agreements, The Fifth Agreement, or The Power of Now, you will fall in love.
Super easy and fast read. I’ve recommended this guide to anyone in person who will listen and will be purchasing as gifts for the future.
I’m going to recommend to purchase the guide and read along with audible. Hearing the authors voice share his words is top notch storytelling and extra relatable!
*I won this book on Goodreads and am thankful I did
This book is eye opening and thought provoking. Making you sit up and actually think about what and why we do what we do, good or bad. Helping you with the questions to help you take a deeper look at yourself. I, personally will be adding this book to my yearly reads.
The title of this book is what drew me to it. I expected it to be a much more fun and interesting read than it turned out to be. It wasn’t much different than a lot of self help books. The author had some good and interesting ideas and other pages just felt like it lacked cohesion. It was an ok read if this is a genre you like reading.
