About The Chronicles of Calamity
The Chronicles of Calamity begins in the year 2,620 as humanity prepares to take its first steps outside of the confines of our solar system. We have populated the night sky with stations and colonies and have enjoyed over a hundred and fifty years of peace. Like countless others of their generation, our main characters have been genetically augmented to ensure that when colonization of other systems begins in just a few years, our species will be equipped to handle the challenges we face. Unfortunately, not everyone agrees that humanity’s ultimate purpose is to seed new worlds.
Thrust into a new dark age and a holy war they hardly understand, our heroes must survive in an unforgiving solar system where their very existence is considered blasphemous.
With veiled forces moving humanity ever further into the unknown, Shawna, Riley, and Tanner must decide whether they are going to hide out the war or do what it takes to end it before it’s too late.
