Marooned at the edge of the universe by Little Green Men, the only way for Cassiopeia to earn her return fare to Earth is to work for Rourke, Commander of the Universe's seediest space port. The only job left in his disgusting truck stop is courtesan. In part 1, Cassie learns she's not the only human stuck in the far reaches of space!
This is a very short story about a s@x worker who lives on a space ship in outer space. Be aware this isn’t a self contained story as it’s marketed (hence three stars) - it’s 40 pages of a first book (despite it being marketed as book one). Nothing happens except FMC meets a guy and a couple of lines about alien sex. This could be an amazing book if it was fleshed out. There’s no real personality to any of the characters in the book. There are 8 chapters each lasting what felt like 3 pages each and considering the book actually has only 35 chapters once the beginning filler is accounted for, my guesstimate isn’t far off.
I did enjoy the idea behind the book as previously stated. Has a lot of promise. The book is well edited, only one word that should’ve been a different word. I am interested in seeing what happens next, however I doubt I’ll bother as the false advertising left a sour taste.
A novella start to a series. Kidnapped by little green men a young woman is left stranded on a space station at the edge of the galaxy. She has yo work as s hooker.
There is nothing wrong with the writing, but, please, stop calling novellas books... If all 6 "books" of this series was put together we would have the length of 1 actual book.
