Nate Cloverdale’s life was organized to the Nth degree. From the time he woke until the time he went to bed, promptly at midnight. He knew what his day would entail from start to finish.

Relationships would fail, his bar would not and with that attitude it was no wonder his grouchy ass remained unattached.

Kit, no last name, and not because he was famous, but because he was the son of free-spirited parents who felt surnames didn’t define you. Thankfully, they didn’t feel the same about a first. Growing up in a commune full of like-minded adults, he couldn’t wait to get out and explore the world.

Hitchhiking between towns, he never stayed in longer than a couple of months. This trip landed Kit in Foggy Basin. A quick glance around the local businesses, Kit knew odds were he’d find work and stay for a bit while he saved up enough to move on.

4.5 stars for a fast moving romance.

This story is a part of the Foggy Basin Series and is a part of Books, Beans and Buns by Lynn Michaels that can be read as a standalone.

Nate, 35 years old, was the owner of Pints‘n Pool (I was unsure what Pints’n Pool was as I hadn't read Lynn’s book prior or the blurb, oops). This book introduces Eddie as their new guest traveller, which one particular resident takes a liking too.

Kit, 22 years old, was looking for a job and accommodations and Nate took him on.

A good age gap romance in a small town to read. You know there's a saying “once said it can't be unsaid” Kit makes a slip of the tongue with Nate.
A fast protective feelings when Nate meets Kit and he learns Kit’s past.
Kit was a drifter exploring his way around the US and looking for jobs along the way, after living in a commune with his parents.
I loved the little graphics pics on the pages. Lots of first times included as they explore their new relationship.
This is another gorgeous book to read for the series.

This was such a cute story in the shared Foggy Basin world. Kit and Nate were adorable, as were all the side characters. TL always does a great job getting readers to fall in love with her characters, and I'm excited to read the other books in this series.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

FOGGY BASIN is a great small town full of amazing characters. Nate owns the local bar. He is a tad grumpy but well loved by this community. Kit is a young drifter. Growing up in a closed community gave him the urge to roam. Walking into Nate's looking for a job gave him so much more. TL TRAVIS always brings the love and acceptance. She also has the best happily ever afters.
This Series is written by Talented Amazing Authors who collaborated individual standalone Books with the common theme being small town life. Pick your favorite Author or buy them all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND THIS FOGGY BASIN SERIES!!!!!!!!!!

Another quick read from this series. A stranger comes into town, Kit, and lands a job at a bar working for Nate. Obviously the 2 fall for each other. Another daddy story. The town seems to be full of them.
