[Contemporary Vampire Erotic Romance, 22,000 words]
The little death is so much better when you're dead.

My master throws the best parties, and he's going to be watching my performance tonight. Performance doing what? Oh, you know: fucking, feeding, mingling with royalty, sleeping my way to the top. The usual. By the end of the night, I'll be a sticky mess or I haven't done my job right. But that's life for a vampire fledgling. Besides, I'm way sluttier than the other girls. It's a gift.

ADVISORY: This novella contains adult themes such as Lesbian Sex, Heterosexual Sex, BDSM, Bondage, Cunnilingus, Vampirism, and Physical Violence. It is only meant for readers 18+.

LGBT Fantasy group PIFM F/F book July/Aug 14

Arianthe is a fledgling vampire, turned for just 5 months, and part of a harem of young vampires turned by Julien, a married vampire who lives apart from his wife. The story takes place during the course of what is titled as "dinner party" and indeed the chapters are all named for the various courses. During the story Arianthe has a number of sexual encounters with young male vampires, older female vampires, a young M2F trans vampire and eventually for her behaviour is "gifted" to Julien's wife Siran, which causes three of the other fledglings to brutally attack her. This was an interesting story, I won't say PWP, because there is a plot, of sorts, but also a lot of sex. Oh and these vampires definitely don't sparkle.....

This is a novella both erotic and romantic. Fledgling vampire Arianthe is the latest addition to the powerful vampire Julien's collection. Julien is hosting a dinner party for the aristocracy of Europe (vampire and human) and Arianthe is under strict orders to behave herself.

Thus begins a night of adventures in blood and sex, Arianthe getting to know the other women in her Master's harem. And when her Master's wife takes an interest in her, Arianthe discovers the joy of having a Mistress as well as a Master.

I am a big fan of female vampires, and Arianthe is sweet and sexy. In fact, she's not merely bisexy, she's pansexy (or omnisexy, perhaps). It's always a delight to read something that discards rigid identity and orientation polarities.

Anya W. Vossand, delighted me with this novella.

Arianthe, a fledgling vampire learns to behave in this delicious little story. The sex is sensual and kinky, as with most of Anya's stories. I loved this one for the sass. The narrator, Arianthe has strong opinions about almost everyone - mostly funny and at times sincere, I liked her from the go.
