Blood Sorcery Bible Volume 1: Rituals in Necromancy

Rate this book
A grimoire to some, an anarchist's cookbook of Blood Sorcery and Necromancy to others, the Blood Sorcery Bible is the first book of its kind to openly discuss the intricacies of Blood Sorcery from the science of self-vivisection to the combination of sexual fluids and magnetics.

If you are looking for a fairy tale about wizardry or if you are seeking a deity from which to seek permission, this is not the book for you. On the other hand, if you desire to dip into the pot with your Left Hand and manipulate situations to your benefit, this is your Bible!

The author has spent over twenty-five years experimenting and practicing the mechanics and physics of Blood Sorcery. The result is this manual, offered to those who are not afraid to work Dark Sorcery to create the world they envision for themselves.

I am very pleased that I found this found book. My dilemma is in writing this review. I am afraid that if I speak my mind and soul, there will be many people trying to buy it. But, I don't think they are all worthy of it.
This First volume is more then an introduction into Blood Sorcery, it is total immersion. This is far from the scenes of fires and nudes playing flutes dancing around a fire calling upon God and Goddess in a Pagan equivalent of a child calling, "MOM", DAD" come play with us!"
You may leave that nonsense at the New Age Shop next to the "Aura Camera".
It is stated by the authoress that this is Sorcery not religion. That must be understood before you open this book. If you cannot suspend your religious beliefs then do not pick up this book. The Sorceress explains how fundamental Physics can be applied to these formulas.
This book, the Authoress, nor the true students of this work have no time for "3 Fold Rules", "Wiccan Redes, "Do No Harm" or Cosmic Bogey Men looking to impose Karma or any other kind of nonsensical superstitions.
Sorceress Cagliastro explains the nuances of this formidable brand of Sorcery in very blunt and easy to follow terms. She touches on subjects that are not for the faint-hearted and warns that if this makes you squeamish, it is not for you. The text is easy to follow, albeit she does jump subjects at times and she will tell that she does it in the beginning of the book.
I would highly recommend this book for the intelligent, open minded and committed practitioner of the Left Hand Path.

Very full of herself, and the entire first half of the book is how you aren't ready or able to handle the book.

Downsides - impractical stuff that cannot be done without a solid knowledge of anatomy or without having a mentor - also, i'm leery of THIS much bloodwork being leery of using even a lit bit of my blood at all

Upsides - the mentality advocated - the mentality to not bow before ANY BODY - be they demons or gods or whatever - for a sorcerer to be truly self-sovereign.

Unfortunately you need your blood to do so. Let's see.

Edit - just completed the book - added one more star. Seriously, the reason why I'm not giving this a 5 star is coz this is a very specific current - and needs a very specific kind of practitioner - which I doubt I am.

However, the attitude of the Sorceress - and the intriguing (sometimes shockingly so) information here makes me jump with a kind of macabre joy

Very interesting & delightful rituals to perform... The downside is that most of them are very complicated to do. And require access to things that are sometimes impossible to obtain. But very light-shedding book about the Blood Sorcery & life of a Necromancer... & how you can become one if you have enough courage, will power & sources.

Yes, I read these sorts of books slowly. I better absorb the information there, find ways to apply it to my life if need be and even practice (that means DO) what is being taught. OR, such as with this book, to slowly delve in and absorb all that is presented to me to fully understand and make up my mind whether or not it is something I would partake in or practice. I should note that this book is not one a person should just pick up and willy-nilly begin practicing different exercises or "Sorcery Events" as one might do with a spellbook. This is NOT a spellbook. However, there are some interesting techniques of practice detailed within but there are also several rites (sorcery events) that are not detailed for the reader is told to contact the Sorceress directly for more information and assistance with these certain rites. Much of this is due to where the Sacred Elixir is taken from, the amount needed and/or particular details deliberately kept hidden from the casual viewer - and for this I applaud her.

Throughout this book, there is one thing the Sorceress states that I disagree with. I'm not saying she is wrong, just that in my experience the disincarnate are not afraid of the light, humans just don't notice them as much then but they are there. However, I do agree with her sentiments on child spirits as her statements on working with these spirits has also been my experience as well (not just mine personally but between close friends and myself).

It will be a little while before I continue on to read Book II partly for two reasons: #1 because I want to read/learn something else and then get back to this (while also allowing the full extent of this practice to sink in). #2 because Book I came in print & kindle version and while I have both the kindle version is so much easier to read at any time day or night but Book II doesn't have any such option and for that I am disappointed but I do have it in print so I will get to it at some point.

Incredibly interesting

Although I did begin this book expecting to be disappointed, I honestly did not even roll my eyes one time. How fascinating it was to read a work of this manner written from a scientific point of focus. I have a much more clear understanding of blood sorcery than I did before I decided to read this. In fact, I have every intention of reading every book I can find written by Sorceress Cagliastro. Perhaps, I will even make time to re read this work. I enjoyed the way this was written; the attitude that comes across helps put this type of work into focus. I would highly recommend this book to anyone even remotely interested in blood sorcery. The only negative regarding this information is the need for more if it. Absolutely brilliant.
