Does everyone have a happily ever after? What happens when life gets in the way of love. This is the story of Cassie and Mason and Charles and Vivian. These couples have the perfect life to the outside world, but when the doors are closed can they find the love that once held them together? In a effort to fix her dying relationship Cassie leaves her small town of Lake Jackson and relocates Dallas for an temporary job and clarity on how to repair their relationship. Charles is successful and powerful in the world that he lives in, but after his fight with cancer he realize that his wife Vivian no longer loves him. Trying to hold it all together he finds a friend in Cassie. Cassie becomes Charles best friend, but what happens when he sees all the things he was missing in his life inside of her.
