Teenager Lexi Cree Craven has been on the run with her mother Daisy for most of her life. She's enjoyed being the new girl at school and has gotten great at popularity. Before she really makes her mark, Lexi's life spins out of control when she kills a well-connected werewolf in self-defense and discovers that she's half vampire and half shifter. She also learns that Ocean Crest is one of many planned supernatural communities governed by international and national supernatural groups who have a vested interest in her. Lexi must fight to make Ocean Crest her forever home and she must fight to stay alive.
