A sweet & spicy Dual POV festive novella, filled to the brim with lusty encounters and laugh out loud moments.
There’s only 3 miracles on Mia’s wishlist…
1- That karma will dole out justice on her cheating ex.
2- That she could survive solely off a diet of sweet treats.
3- And lastly, but by no means least - that Logan Sinclair, her best friend’s big brother, will rewrite the past and express his undying love for her….
But she’s more likely to see reindeer fly than the latter since he hasn't said two words to her in the last three years. Agreeing to spend the holidays at the cabin with her best-friend and her family, the promise of drowning her sorrows in buckets of mulled wine is too good an offer to pass up. But fate has a funny way of derailing their plans of a calm and cosy getaway. Lieutenant Logan Sinclair is meant to be deployed overseas for the holidays, not standing in Mia’s bedroom with a slick grin on his handsome face with news that they are officially snowed in together. Even the weather is against her.
But what if this 6ft4 tattooed Adonis with the sweet caresses & dirty promises is here to mark a miracle off of Mia’s Wishlist?Or will history repeat itself and leave Mia destined to be unlucky in love forever?
Billie Jade is an avid reader, an unwilling procrastinator & she loves getting lost in fictional worlds with hot as sin book boyfriends. She writes both light and dark steamy contemporary romances. Age gap, friends to lovers, mafia, mask wearing bad boys - there's a little bit of everything.
She's a bun wearing mumma bear to three awesome mini humans, dog mum to a slightly unhinged but lovable Boston terrier named Gus, sometimes hilarious and always caffeinated.
If You want a book to suck you in & keep you hooked, look no further, the mind blowing plot twists are an added bonus, the pulse racing Smexy time a must.
Aswell as being an author Billie Jade Kermack is a makeup and sfx artist working in tv and film. She also creates dolls at Sid's Doll Emporium when the mood strikes.
When you are secretly (or not) in love with your best friend’s brother and an awful mistake ruins it all and you are stranded together for the holidays. What are you to do?
The tension and dynamic between Bunny and Soldier Boy is hot. Like fire, hot. This is so beautifully written. You feel and experience the story from beginning to end. Don’t miss this smexy, funny, sweet Christmas story.
A Christmas Wish come true! Mia has been in love with her best friend older brother. Logan and Mia had a cat and mouse relationship until one Christmas. They chemistry was hot and heated! Must read this spicy pager turner book!
The tension between the two characters 👀!!!! I absolutely loved this book so much! I wished it was longer because I didn’t want it to end!!🥰
It was funny and spicyyyyy! I also loved all the bunny puns!! And I loved seeing the characters finally get clarity and answers from their past to move forward and get what they both wanted!!
All I can say is Tinsel-Play🥵!!! Mia and Logan are everything. The tension and build up of these two is so delicious and keeps you not wanting to put it Down! Run do not walk to get this book and don’t forget to grab some tinsel while your at it 😜 you will thank me later!
This is a short spicy novella, and like me, could probably be read in one sitting with a glass of something in the other hand. As a Christmas story this is a great one.
Mia,(Bunny), stays with her best friend's family for the holidays after a disastrous relationship . Little does she suspect Logan, her best friend’s brother, will turn up.
But three years ago after a confrontation between her now ex and Logan, things between them as friends totally ended. Logan who was always in Mia’s heart, right until three years ago when he loses her trust and affection. Can he convince Mia that he's worth the risk?
The characters are both brilliantly written and you can understand both of their misgivings and reasons for not being honest sooner. I would love to see this as a full story so we can find out what happens in their lives.
dnf at 79% i mean it was a lost case when she came just by looking at him masturbating. and the several usage of a word meaty didn’t help the case. like at all.
To start with, I need to say that I was genuinely amazed by Billie’s writing style. It’s not easy to find an author that completely captures your attention from page one and holds it until the very end!
I wanted to laugh, cry, scream, and everything in between while reading this story because the author simply NAILED this book perfectly!
The main characters were portrayed beautifully. Logan, a sexy military man clad with tattoos and an amazing personality that every woman dreams of, and Mia “Bunny” being an awkward woman who is completely unaware of her worth and beauty. 😍
The spice though.. the spice! Tinsel was never sexy until this book and the dominance was drool worthy! 🤤
I 10/10 would recommend this book for anyone wanting a spicy Christmas read ~ His Christmas Bunny would be my #1 suggestion!
This novella was everything I needed it to be, entertaining, funny, and SPICY! I received the ARC copy on Sunday and finished this badboy on Monday - now, for others, you're probably thinking, "Well, it's a Novella." For me, it could take me up to a MONTH to finish a Novella or any book, but I needed to KNOW if Mia and Logan would admit what everyone, including his mama seen, which was that they are both in love with one another.
I loved this fast-paced Christmas romantic comedy that literally had me laughing out loud, and once again, my husband gave me the eyes. And the spice was spicing. I am amazed at how a short story gave me everything I wanted and needed!
Great job, Billie Jade Kermack. I look forward to reading more Novellas for every holiday season👀 * cough - hint - hint *
Thank you for the ARC copy of this wonderful novella!
🎄I recommend this comedic, spicy, fast-paced novella.
I enjoyed this story a lot and really like the characters. The fact that you didn't fully understand what had happened in the past and got pieces of it a long the way was great, I enjoyed that but wish there had been more resolution or build up to the reveal. Overall Def recommend it.
Great read! I really liked the couple in this story. Also, the family dynamic is enjoyable. It was funny, sweet, and steamy. It's a very nice combination. It is a short story that will keep you warm through the holiday season. Get yourself a copy and enjoy. Can't wait to read more from this author.
Fun, steamy, festive read. Perfect for the holiday season. Best friend’s brother, childhood friends to enemies to lovers. Some of my favorite tropes were woven together perfectly in this holiday novella. Highly recommend.
Predictable and not very polished, but still decently fun. I don't think the timeline hopping around helped the story-- just drew things out and made the MCs seem a little more dumb.
Too short to stick in my memory, but could be a cozy read if you're looking for Christmas-themed comfort smut.
I really enjoyed it. My only complaint was how many times she described her eyes cerulean blue. But the story was cute a good. Expected more tinsel play :)
This is a fantastic spicy, funny, flirty/fun, and quick holiday read! I would say it’s a medium burn, with things heating up about halfway through (it’s a novella, though, so it’s really not that long before you get to the spice). Once it heats up, though, it doesn’t cool down. Best friend’s brother? Yes, please. Especially when the best friend is on board (no drama there). Forced proximity? Yup. Time jumps to get a bit of the backstory and history between the main characters were well done and made sense to the story and characters. I will say that the book advertises tinsel play, and I was hoping for more of it. ;) My only issue (which is a personal one) is that for such a short story, I would have preferred either more spice or more build-up. But the quality of the spice makes up for that little personal preference. ;) As always, check the trigger warnings before reading, and be aware that the book is intended for adults. All-in-all, it’s a great read if you’re looking for a fun holiday book, if you’re looking to increase your book numbers for the year, or if you just like humor and spice in one package.
This book is a spicy Christmas romance with the main characters Mia and Logan (best friends brother and in the military. I loved the banter that went on with Mia and Logan as they navigate their feelings for each other and are forced to be around each other.
The book is told from Mia and Logan's POV. There are quiet a few sex scenes and most involve kink/bondage. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a quick Spicy/Kinky Christmas Romance!
This is a novella done right! I recieved an early copy, and am so glad I did. Medium burn with a slow build up that was still enough to keep you on your toes. The relationship build up was sweet as was the fixing of past confusion. And when the spice hit 🥵😘 Beautiful, fast read for the holiday season.
This best friend’s brother/enemies to lovers read is hot, is funny and was perfect for a light read while taking a long soak in my tub! I laughed out loud, I warmed at the playful and flirtatious banter and I cringed at time at some of the scenes as they played out. I loved it and highly recommend this to someone looking for a great holiday read!!!
Received an ARC copy, but was in a large reading slump when I got the book so wasn’t able to give it the proper chance it deserves. I have just managed to get to it and I will say it was absolutely worth it I really liked Mia and Logan and the tension that was created for a novella the book felt very well paced. Will definitely be reading future books from Billie
This book is so cute, yet so SPICY. It made me blush, giggle, and laugh out loud. Loved every second of it. Loved Mia’s character. The way she talks to herself throughout the book was so relatable. Logan seems like a dream. A great mix of a nice guy and BAD boy. 😈😈 Candice is like the best friend every girl needs. At least I do! Overall, I loved this Christmas Novella. It got me out of my reading slump. Thank you Billie for writing this beaut!❤️❤️
Edit: made an error with TW (my fault, not authors. Just correcting my post to reflect the TWs correctly).
I had the privilege of being an arc reader for "His Christmas Bunny" by Billie Jade Kermack.
It came with a trigger warning of cheating, descriptive sex scenes, vulgar speech, spanking, voyeurism and breath play.
I think I purely signed up cause I haven't read many books that dabble with voyeurism/exhibitionist and I love those two KINKS. 🫣
The first page reminded me of those freeze frame narrations in movies or TV shows. Unfortunately it kinda struggled to work for the first page and I had to reread it a few times to get the jist of it.
By the first 3% , I got the vibe that Mia is "I'm not like other girls" with her whole slut shaming, and describing herself as the "nerdy best friend."
I know the trigger warnings read as a mature story but when I rolled onto the 5% mark, it started to feel more like YA.
Why is Mia so angry? Like almost every remark she marks is with a tone or some sort of annoyance. Like damn..take a happy pill, girl.
By the 17% mark, I was getting really annoyed at her constantly mention that she was a virgin or up until a certain hadn't experienced sex, let alone a kiss. I get it..up until that point you were a virgin. Being a virgin shouldn't be your personality..
This story reads as convenience..the whole "he knew my boyfriend was bad".. the whole "oh, why are you here, I was told you weren't be." , the whole "I left xyz out and now he sees it."
I didn't think it was possible to be annoyed at seeing "plastic bunny friend" but guess I am..why not just say vibrator? There is only so many times a girl can read plastic bunny friend before she questions her own sanity.
OMG! By the 35% mark, I felt like I had had enough of this story. How repeative do you need to be? How many times does a reader need to read "xyz years ago, he punched my now ex" or "xyz years ago, this is the reason behind my scar." Or "if it wasn't for xyz reason we would've been together." Almost every paragraph was the almost same wording.
By the 43% mark, I started to question..how does Mia know what he does or even sounds like when Logan's serving in the army? 🤔 I know its mentioned that she online stalks him but how does she know "only the laugh he saves for the military" or "the tone he uses to command his team." ?
I know I hadn't finished the book but at the 53% mark I felt like the cheating, spanking and voyeurism weren't needed. Even with the voyeurism it was hinted at but again, it's not expressly clear like the author thought it'd be. The cheating I sorta understand cause not every reader like cheating but each to their own..
When the sex scene appeared on the pages, it wasn't as detailed as I thought it'd be.
Wait..I'm confused..at the 88% mark, it says "there are mum and dads", I thought they were at the parents house? It was mentioned earlier in the book, that they were at the parents house.
I wish the author best of luck with their writing career, but their not an author for me.

😊What i liked -
✔ Best Friends Brother/Opposites Attract/Second Chance/Christmas. ✔ "Bunny" got a whole new meaning👯. (out looking for a bunny suit) ✔ Logan is such a cute and sexy book boyfriend material. ✔ Mia was such a sassy character. (did not mind her inner monologues at all in this) ✔ Candice and Mia together were a hoot. ✔ That slow burny buildup had me shouting Thank F*ck at one point. So thank you Tac.
3.75 for a good Xmas Novella. A long novella, they had chemistry, pining and a supportive circle.
Mia/Bunny wasted years on a drop-kick that *could* have been a no-go … speak up people!! She should have stood up for herself better, be a powerful woman!
Logan was a smitten kitten who should have been more open with himself and his feelings. He was good with a tinsel strap and used his tools well 👿
“… I’m not hating that domineering tone Mia.”

“I should have claimed you all those years ago, I should have been your first everything, but if you’ll let me, I promise to own and worship every one of your lasts,”

“Either you pin me down by my throat Logan and fuck me senseless or you lay down and take what I’m offering. I’ve been waiting far too long for this, stop treating me like I’m going to break.”

“He could be draped in a bin bag right now and I’d still climb him like a fucking tree”

Mia Grayson is his little sister Candice's nerdy best friend. He gave her her first kiss after she asked him. Despite her massive crush on him, she believes him to be waaay out of her league. But Christmas is a time of miracles, isn't it?
Logan Sinclair is four years older than her and he's been crushing on her for years. He is now in the military and hasn't been home for three years. Except for his mother, his plan for Christmas leave at home is a surprise. Having Bunny there was unexpected but very welcomed. Her presence is the best present he could ever imagine. Will this finally be the time for him to confess his feelings for her?
Mia has crushed on Logan for years. But three years ago, there was a big fight between Logan and her then current boyfriend, Trevor. She never knew the whole story, but she sided with Trevor. Now she's come to realize that Trevor isn't the man she thought he was. She's spending Christmas with her best friend Candice's family. Maybe Logan's surprise visit is a good thing and she'll find out the truth about what happened the last time she saw him. And maybe she can confess her feelings about him to him.
I received an ARC of this book from the author via Booksprout. I am voluntarily leaving this review.
As a Christmas story this is a good one Mia has always had a thing on her best friends brother Logan. But three years ago after a confrontation between her now ex and Logan things between them as friends totally ended. Feeling she couldn't compete with the type of woman he attracted she felt insignificant and out of his league. Now have split with her ex she's going to spend the festivities with her best friend and her family, knowing Logan is deployed abroad she feels safe to go and try to heal. Logan has decided to surprise his family by being home for christmas, then his mother tells him Mia will be there. Having had to hide his true feelings for her while she was in a relationship that's now ended was this the perfect time to let her know hiw he feels. With misunderstandings and feeling of guilt over being his sisters best friend can he convince Mia that he's worth the risk. The characters are both brilliantly written and you can understand both of their misgivings and reasons for not being honest sooner. If you don't mind steamy then this book has it all, I just would have liked to know more about what would happen when he returns to the army. I received this as an ARC copy and this is my own opinion and review of the book.
I absolutely loved this novella, I wish it was longer and went more in depth about Mia and Logan's relationship but it was short, sweet and spicy asf. This is my first read from Billie and can't wait to read the rest.
Starts off at Logan's birthday party where they are all dressed up.
Nerdy Mia is dressed a cute bunny but wishes she was dressed as sexy as the rest of the girls there. "Soldier Boy" aka Logan is dressed as a soldier but he's also getting ready to deploy for the British armed forces.
Fast forward years later it's Christmas time and after Mia's plans abruptly change, she's spending time with Candice and their family for the holiday season.
She's wondering how she ended up there after all these years away and is Mia ready to spend time in sleeping in Logan's empty room ?
Green eyed Logan is 6'4, tall, dark and handsome. Mia's frenemy and best friends older brother. He's deployed for the Christmas season, will he make it home or miss his family again?
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🌶️🌶️🌶️

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. This is what happens when Santa brings you a bunny for Christmas! This novella packs quite the punch! It has a little bit of everything. Mia is Logan’s little sister’s best friend and Mia is like family. Mia is quirky and super adorable. Logan is a natural born soldier with looks to boot! These two have had a lot of tension over the years…pining for each other but never acting on it. Mia joins her friend for Christmas so that she is not alone and after three years, these two are thrown into each other’s space…quite literally! Emotions and sexual tension rears its head again and these two finally come around to lay things out on the table. It is a great explosion that turns into a lot of spicy encounters. Like I said earlier, this story has quite a bit of everything. It is cute, funny, witty and sexy! The side characters give it a great flair as well. My only complaint is that I hoped for a bit more at the end. I needed and epilogue…since I don’t have that, I am hoping this continues and we can see what types of shenanigans these two can get into. Definitely a page turner!!
Newly single after catching her boyfriend cheating, Mia, aka Bunny agrees to spend Christmas with her best friend and her family in a snowy cabin. All is going to plan until she realises she has to sleep in her friends brothers room. Logan was the focus of her crush when she was younger, she was head over heels for him but an altercation with her boyfriend saw him becoming her arch enemy and no longer being a part of her life, it wouldn't be so bad having to sleep in his old room, but he turns up unexpected and she has to share the room with him too. It's clear she's still attracted to him but she can't get over their past, until a snowstorm traps them together and the truth about their past comes out, showing Mia she had everything wrong and cut Logan out of her life for nothing. With 3 years to make up its fast and hard and spicy too.
There's some great moments in this book, it blends the past and present by using flashbacks and also has a great amount of humour, heart and spice too. The reasoning behind the name bunny is explained too.
OH MY BUNNY!! 🥵 I received an ARC copy of His Christmas Bunny and finally opened it this morning. Once I started — I was HOOKED. The medium burn was great and it was great how the story went from past to present to give us a back story on Mia and Logan. This novella was a very quick read that has you anticipating to finish and find out how it ends.
Now the SPICE… it was SPICING for sure! The banter, the FMC taking charge, and just the Christmas play is something I never knew I needed in my life. Also the tinsel play was *CHEFS KISS* 😅
Billie Jade Kermack…. This book was everything I needed for this holiday season and regarding the mention of possibly a BONUS CHAPTER to their story… COUNT ME IN 🥵🫡
I would also like to add that after I read a story, I always look back at the cover of the book for any potential spoilers or reveals to see how it relates to the story and the cover is well done in what’s to come in the book.
Received as an ARC but all thoughts are honest and my own!
For a novella, I thought this was pretty cute. I felt more of a connection to the characters than I was expecting to in a short amount of pages. I loved the history they had and that there was a storyline there. It was a bit spicy, but some of the scenes were actually cringey for me. The whole bunny and soldier boy thing was cute at first but it was overdone for me by the end and I didn’t like the use of it in the spicy scenes. The tinsel though 🔥🥵
It was medium burn but then once they kissed one time, they were obsessed with each other and I wasn’t a fan of how fast that happened. They were like ready to tie the knot after one kiss 🤓
There were also a lot of conventions issues like grammar and just typos that made it tough for me to read sometimes. Some of this was because it was a british novella and I didn’t realize they write with one quotation instead of two ‘ like this. ‘
