A beautiful book full of a lot of good information. There isn’t any huge new knowledge in this book but a lot of personal experiences connected with a lot of great wisdom. I’ve admired and listened to the author for years and respect her joy, passion, resilience and faith. All are seen here in this book.

Today I started and finished the book a friend gave me, Joy Through the Journey. Excellent! Thank you so very much. What a story of pain and using it in a positive way. Thanks to my friend.

A great book about resiliency and moving forward. I liked how there were calls to action at the end of the chapter. Also some pages that directly spoke to me.

What an incredible story of perseverance! Truly inspiring. I especially appreciated how she encouraged taking action at the end of each chapter; after all, a self-help book only has value if it motivates real change. While it’s unfortunate that the book wasn’t edited more carefully, as the number of errors could be distracting at times, it doesn’t take away from the beauty of the message. Overall, this is a powerful and uplifting read, and I look forward to reading it again.
