For me, this collection of continuing and related chapters was a towering achievement. My previous exposure to BDSM literature has been limited yet I don’t think any punches were withheld. I was rather bowled over and totally engaged. Whether you are well versed or a newcomer to BDSM, I think these sequential chapters following an established Domme and strip dancer’s journey will be quite engaging. I was completely captivated despite two brutal punishing rape scenes, one early on and one at the end. They are connected in a savage but justifiable way to the dancer’s journey, and very much part of the character's development. Still, you need to be prepared.
Lady Morghana has been a Domme for many or only a few years depending on which of Kate’s descriptions you choose to accept, but nevertheless, as Kate she wishes to pursue and experience her submissive side. This transformation for Kate was an astonishing revelation for me. I wonder how many of us are both dominant and submissive. Fascinating.
GG or Geneviere is a college student trying to make ends meet by working as a strip dancer. She is the “ass chick” and proud of it. A rather horrific encounter during a private session has turned her work life completely around and fired up within her a mission that will not be denied. Her journey and refashioning is equally astounding yet rather different from Kate’s. I admired and was very impressed by GG.
These linked stories building upon each other are like nothing I have read before and that was thrilling. From my point of view, there was nothing withheld or mollified. That only served to make the complete set of chapters more amazing and exhaustingly enjoyable. Not to be missed if you are up to the challenge.

A good read in he erotic fiction space with a more realistic understanding of the lifestyle. Can be compared to 50 Shades of grey.

This was the second story that I have read by this author, it is just as provocative and sexual as the first one. It was such an amazing read. Not your sappy love story for sure, just raw BDSM material. It was a refreshing change not to be emotionally involved in the story. The story starts out with Kate having some experiences as both a Domme and a submissive. It was really interesting to watch her try to balance both sets of wants and needs. We watched as she was flogged and then it turned around and she was doing the flogging. Very well done. There were a variety of characters in this story and even though it was sometimes a bit of a challenge to keep everyone straight, it did add great dimension to the story. The other main female character was a girl that was working as an erotic dancer and after being anally raped one night at work she directs all her inner hurt and emotional battles into becoming a very good domme. It was well done to watch her begin the steps that would lead to her role in life. There are some stumbles along the way but it was as it was meant to be. There are a variety of sex toys and various positions used through out the novel. This certainly kept things interesting. The Dom(me) /sub relationships were certainly being portrayed using high protocol so there was a great dymanic there with the kneeling, usage of Sir/Master and the need to only do what the Dom(me) approved off. There were both male and female tops and male and female bottoms. I thought that was great. I like to read about a woman in charge as well as seeing the man submit. It was great to read outside the box and the author certainly was not afraid to go there. There were also a few girl on girl scenes. They were certainly hot as well.
With that all being said, I really did like this book. I liked the clear easy to read writing, I liked the way it was not your average sappy love story. I loved the variety of BDSM themes. I would certainly be willing to continue reading by this author and would rate this book 4/5.
