Jackson "Sultan" Lynch is a Gryphon shifter. A mercenary. Sergeant-At-Arms for the Hounds of Zeus MC. He's also lonely AF. Having lost so much when he was young, Sultan is resigned to a life without a mate. When someone breaks into his cabin in the woods, Sultan goes to investigate and finds more than he ever bargained for. Tegan Rowe is a Lion shifter. An orphan. Receptionist at a tattoo parlor. She’s also in big trouble. Heading out of town to her safe place, Tegan runs into a different type of trouble. One that might cost her life. Full blurb coming soon.
Faith Gibson's love of books started early on. So much so that she decided to write her own stories. When a college professor told her she had a gift, she took him at his word and put pen to paper (because back then, there were no computers. Shh, we don't mention her age.)
Her love of all things paranormal mixed with crazy dreams led to her first series, The Stone Society, about Gargoyle shifters in search of their mates while protecting humanity from unhinged beasts known as The Unholy. The Hounds of Zeus MC series was born from one of their own being a mate of a Gargoyle. The Rebel Moon Shifters are the next generation, all the kids from the first two series.
Faith also abbles in MM worlds and contemporary suspense, but her first and forever love is fantasy.
When Faith isn’t hard at work on her next story, she can be found reading, cooking, playing in the dirt (planting stuff) or playing with her staffy pup, all while listening to hard rock music.
I have loved this series since the start. Jackson and Teagan is a great addition. This one brought tears to my eyes towards the end. The action started from page 1 and continued throughout. An amazing read!
A romantic suspense that will surprise you at every turn! The happiness of the ending will give you a book hangover 😁 I love the uniqueness of this series. So different from other shifter MC stories! Yes there's drama and action, but there's so much connection in the romance that you'll love it too.
Sultan and Teagans book was an engaging and outstanding read! I absolutely love this world that faith Gibson creates for us. She keeps me on the edge of my seat from the beginning to end. And I can’t wait to breed what’s next!
》》Managed Chaos《《 well deserved 5 stars. I've read Faith's Books before and now i wanna read them all over again. T is a lil prickly but with good reason, being *that* girl and doing it all alone. J heart sore with some sad in his life. This story was busy in a good way, All the busy is centralized and talking about good baddies! I mean the Horseman. The hounds. Omg and a lil pixish! I loved how everyone was just excepting and was there to help! The bad baddies... can't be just punched in the face they need to be seriously taken down. They/he be having his fingers in all the sticky icky. We got the selling of anything, kidnapping, gun fights. Even in the chaos you have those aw moments. Great story, amazing characters new and old and some heat rounds our to be what you really need to read. Enjoy
Hold on to your hats there is another set of twins, if these 2 are anything like Major and Marshall I'm going to be in heaven. Tegan is like a cub getting ready for her first shift only she knows she is a shifter and her trepidation comes from what will happen when she births her babies, how will she protect them and stop people from seeing them shift when the time comes. Only no one could see the turn of events when the babies father puts her in the cross-hairs of a drug lord. Sultan has to be my favourite he just really couldn't get any sweeter when it came to those babies and given his past it makes it all the more sweeter. The draw that Crow has to Bobby is juicy and I can't wait to read all the shenanigans that Bobby puts Crow through. And who could forget the 4 horseman thier dynamic seems strange but I now want to know more on how things workout.
“We all make bad decisions when we’re young.” Jackson swallowed hard, and Tegan wondered if he was referring to his decision to let Crystal go. “Nobody is perfect. We all do the best we can and move forward. I don’t want you worrying about your past. You have me and the Hounds and their mates now. We’re here for you in whatever way you need.”
Faith Gibson continues her Hounds of Zeus MC series with an amazingly in depth story in book 8, Sultan’s Pride. The cast of characters we have met is indeed large, but each has had an important role in the growth of these families.
Tegan finds a Gryphon shifter with a heart that needs healing and her lioness will fight for him and her family.
Faith Gibson is simply amazing. Story moved quickly but not so fast that I was lost. Sultan has been in the background for awhile and I am so happy he finally got his story. He and Teagan are great as a couple. They are in love and not afraid to let it show. Sultan's friendship with Riley is a nice touch and show's another side the Hounds. Always a pleasure to catch up with the other Hounds and see how their lives are progressing. And can I say I'm happy to see Natalia acknowledged as the assassin she was trained to be. Crow's budding relationship was another nice touch. I can't wait for Ace's book. Or any other book by Ms. Faith!
Faith Gibson gives us another must read in Sultan and Tegans journey to happiness so sit back get comfortable and embrace the chaotic goodness that is Sultan's Pride a well-written easy to follow entertaining story with plenty of action twisty suprises a recurring cast of character's that are family not by blood but by choice.
I received a advance readers copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
Transparency here: I love all of Faith Gibson's books. This one is not any different. It is busy and yes, there is a lot going, on but not so much that you can't keep it straight. The new characters (and shifters) add a new dimension to the story giving it even more heft. I love Teagan. Strong, independent, and fierce but also a little apprehensive. The story is terrific covering new territory that adds to the intensity of the story. A very good read
That was awesome!! Even though she had bad choice in men she made up 4 it with Sultan. When ex piece of shit causes her alot of problems cause of his stupidity people want 2 blame her 4 his screw up!! How can men b Apollo stupid 2 never want 2 take responsibility 4 their own actions? It makes no sense!! But the 1 good thing is she broke into his home. He was determined 2 find out why. But was he prepared 4 a few big surprises? Read and find out. It's worth it!! I soooooo loved it!!!!
The Hounds of Zeus MM is a fantastic series. There is no way I could choose a favorite hound or mate, though Major's antics kept me laughing. Sultan kept the theme of being a kind and loving mate, however protective. I liked that the author gave reminders on names and road names. Plus explaining how they were named. The only way the series could be better, is if it was a Netflix series.
Great story that was fast paced and kept you turning the page. The final stand off was fitting it a little rushed. The relationships and interactions between characters if great. I do hope to see new stories about hounds finding their mate even if they don’t think they are fated but they really are! Enjoy
Without sounding like a broken record, another great read in the Gryphon series. Love the addition of another group of shifters, including Teagan, a strong female character as well. Great drama, suspense and a new bunch of supporting cast members. I really enjoy the sprinkling of Stone Society characters in these stories to tie the series together.
I really enjoy the Hounds. I love how they always come thru for each other no matter what. Sultan couldn't be any happier than he was with his ready made family.
I waited to read this until the weekend as I knew I would be working.
I have to tell you I couldn't put this book down. At one point quite a few new characters were introduced and yes I tried to keep count but honestly I focused more on what was going on at that time and the names afterward. I think this is worth more than 5 stars nevermind 4.
I thoroughly loved this book and it would be great as a standalone book. I did not feel like there was too much backstory as I was able to remember pieces of the other Gryphons. This book just flowed. I felt there.
