My dad had a heart attack a year ago and I bought this book a week later knowing his diet would have to change. A year later he is down 35 pounds and almost every meal is out of this book. I like to say it has paid for itself a hundred times over in just muffins alone (he makes 2 batches a week)! People say you can't eat low fat and low sodium without sacrificing flavour.....this book proves them all wrong. The recipes are amazing and easy to prepare. So much so that our entire family has changed their eating habits!!
Some awesome recipes throughout this book. So many times I had to stop reading, go make some recipe I found, enjoy the feast and continue reading. Highly recommended.
