That was the cutest, sweetest little story ever.
I had no clue who Sean and Lacey were....but if you're a fan of the Reed brothers series I definitely recommend this little friends to lovers short story.
If only Sean would have just looked at the note in his pocket.....

4 Blissful Stars! What a sweet freebie and WOW, what a kiss, pickle juice and all!!
My lips are tingling! Those Reed brothers, I just love them. These little tidbits that the author is giving us, just wonderful. A nice way to pass the time while we're waiting on the next book in the series. Not only do we get to meet some of their friends, in this case, Sean and Lacey, we also get some more of Emily and Logan...oh and Friday too!! I love her and I hope, hope, hope *fingers crossed*, that she will end up with Paul. It just has to be!!
Thank you Tammy Falkner for writing this amazing series about these scrumptious brothers, and for giving your readers this delicious freebie! Not only do I have a cougar crush on the boys, I think I have a girl crush on you!

A very cute, very quick little read featuring series unknowners Sean and Lacey - best friends who are in love with each other, but haven't taken the big step yet.
They link into the series as Sean is friends with Logan, and Lacey is roommates with Friday and they, and Logan's brothers, all make an appearance to help Sean get his girl.
It's so short it's almost not ratable, but it made me smile and left me feeling all gooey, so middle of the line it is :)

On a novella this short my top grade is a 3 so this gets top grade.
Sean has a crush on Lacey and has for a long time. Best friends for years, she gave him the "I rather have you as a friend line". Now tonight she is doing a charity fund raiser, a jar full of jellybeans, winning guess gets a kiss from her and it is killing him.
With the help of Friday, her roommate, Logan and Emily, and his Logan's brothers (all from the Reed brother serie), Sean is going to try to win that kiss cause no way does he want some loser kissing another guy. That kiss belongs to him, all do in his mind.

It's funny, it's sweet and it's sexy all wrapped up in a... pickle jar?
Actually, this is a short story from author Tammy Falkner who's given us the amazing series The Reed Brothers. And even though this isn't about any of them, they do appear and help out in this put-a-huge-smile-on-my-face novella.
If you haven't read books 1 and 2, I would only caution that JJJ (Don't you just love how Tammy chooses her titles?) has a mild spoiler, but you can read it without having read the rest.
So I leave you with one of my favorite lines.

Sean ha estado enamorado de su mejor amiga Lacey desde siempre, pero ella lo dejó en la zona de amigos por el miedo a perderlo. Pero ahora, está preparada para algo más y Sean está de lo más nervioso con Lacey participando en una subasta de besos... Pero tranquilos, los hermanos Reed vienen al rescate.
Le he dado solo 3 estrellas porque es una historia muy cortita pero es preciosa ❤️ y dulce. Me encantan los mejores amigos que se hacen novios y todas esas dulces dulces cosas 😍
Ay qué monos son estos dos y me encanta Logan comiéndose los pepinillos por ayudar a Sean jajajaja

Just Jelly Beans and Jealousy is a short story about Sean and Lacey. Lacey is hosting a kiss competition for charity, the person who can count the amount of jelly beans in a pickle jar wins the kiss.
Sean likes Lacey, but will he pull through?
This book was reasonable, but I didn't think there was enough depth to the characters (even though its a short story I still expect a bit of depth) but the overall story was alright if you don't mind not reading in detail. I enjoy a book most when I feel I can relate to them and understand their way of thinking and have my own views, like "Oh no,no,no you didn't" while I'm reading the book. Tammy Falkner is a brilliant author, however I would not recommend this book,
I recommend the first two in the series (haven't read the third yet).
Written well, with a cutesie plot, which was clearly well thought-out.
I enjoyed the little clips of Logan in this novella.
Worth a read, especially if you like her series.

This story was really, really short and quick. It was a cute little love story. But I am not sure what the point to this was. I enjoyed it yes. But it was just too fast. So it was weird to me. The name basically says what this book is about. Although I didn't really see much jealousy. Overall its just super short and a super cheesy, sweet love story.

Sean is Logan Reed's best guy friend but Lacey is Seans true best friend. He would like to change the best friend title to girlfriend. Lacey is aware that Sean has feelings for her. Sean told her but she was scared of losing him and said she just wanted to be friends. She could not live without him in her life and does not want him that way. Sean will take any part of Lacey that he can get so he settles for just friends.
Lacey has entered into a contest that the college fair is having to help raise money for charity. Lacey is at a kissing booth and the person who guesses the closest number of jellybeans wins a kiss. Lacey want Sean to be that kiss but can not tell him that. She wants him to make the move but Sean won't after hearing she thinks of him as her FRIEND.
After a near kiss that happened now Sean is determined to win that kiss. With Logan and his brothers help they buy guesses in hopes of winning the kiss.
Cute story, super short.
Only thing I did not like is when the female character flake out. Lacey told Sean NO and now she wants that to be a YES but instead of coming out and telling him the truth that she wants him just as much as he wants her Lacey wants Sean to cross the line and make a move. Now this is what women do wrong if you ask me. This is a game. Lacey wants what was offered before but if Lacey didn't and Sean crossed that line their friendship would end. This is why people need to communicate and not play games.
Anyway that is my only criticism and it is not really one for the book but of life itself.
