This book is a decent introduction to piercing, but I was a bit put off by the author constantly talking about "skinsuits".

It was a bit disappointing that there was such gendered language in this book and the “skinsuits” was a bit odd.

This is a good book to have on hand if you've done a workshop too, but it's hard to pick up all the complexity of piercings from it alone. Not a how-to as much as a how-not-to refresher, with some hot stories.
