We created this journal to help you change your life one tiny step at a time. It contains scientific explanations, a tutorial, and lots of cute illustrations.
I've actually read this book multiple times this year. If reading a large self-help book on this topic *cough*Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones*cough* is intimidating to you, order this instead. Most of the page count is for journaling your progress building habits. A much shorter page count is dedicated to explaining the science of why habits work and why you fail so often trying to build them. Each piece of advice is backed up by a short summary of a scientific study that proves it.
Another useful "book" by Kurzegsagt that helps have more structural approach on habit building. It has a lot of scientific interesting insights regarding habit building and lots of pages for the reader to plan and track their habit until they master it and move to a new one.
