I live in New Brunswick, Canada with my husband and our two dogs,
Remi and Sako (pronounced Say-co). When I’m not writing, I’m
playing fetch with the dogs, talking to my parents for endless amounts
of hours, annoying the crap out of my husband, or just enjoying life
with my friends.
Writing has been a part of my life since I was about 12. I started
out just writing short stories or silly knock-offs of my favorite shows
or movies. Soon, though, I realized just how much I loved to write.
How often my mind would wander and think of characters and where
they could go. They became real to me, and I would start to write. I
used to fill up notebooks and pads of paper when I got an idea. It
would be an obsession, almost, to get on paper. Then, when I was old
enough to have a computer, I started there.
Now, I’m 28 years old and I finally hit that button. The one that
I’ve thought about it over and over again for the past 16 years. There is
no greater joy, or fear, at realizing you’ve just accomplished something
that you’ve wanted to do for so very long. That is my greatest accomplishment
and I look forward to hitting that button on many more.

Mafia Cat and Mouse

The follow up to Little Mouse, sees Alessio find the long lost secret De Luca daughter - Sienna. Only for her to escape and begin a game of cat and mouse. However it isn’t long before Sienna realizes that Alessio is not the only one after her, and her safety might depend on him. I like seeing the characters develop from book 1 - continuing on Gia and Nico’s story as well. I found this book a little long and slow for the plot, a lot of repetition. I drew a lot of parallels to the first book also. I did enjoy that Sienna is a strong and feisty FMC. Good amount of spice. Interested to see the next in the series.

It started off great, but then it totally dropped off and got boring. I usually like dialogue, but in this book, it just kept repeating and felt way too long. Kinda lost its charm. Still, overall it was a pretty good read.

This book started out strong with a clever resilient h! But very quickly beck clever h spends so much time arguing with herself in an inner dialogue that keeps repeating itself again and again.
There is a lot of repetition of conversations between different people. That is a waste of time and digital pages! It got on my nerves. So one conversation can be between the h and H, then it gets repeated with gia, and sofia, then again, with the best friend rori... Not to mention between the h and herself!
Also, the use of women in the mafia world as a commodity was becoming very farfetched and unrealistic.
I have so many more points against this plot. But I honestly don't have time, as I wasted it, reading the repeated wastefall dialogs as mentioned above!!

Again started god but crash and burned like how stupid can he be that she gets away so often he keeps underestimating her. But at least that part was semi interesting but then she decides to go with him and gets boring. No one is stupid enough to cry about worrying about how to talk to the mafia. Like if she has ever seen the God father she has the basics and basically just show respect but she cry’s I’m not cut out for this and then she gets pathetic. And turns out only thing she is brave or good at is fighting and escaping other than that she just is dumb she worries about how to talk to mafia or be a mafia bride but at the same time saying she will never be in mafia so dumb. From point she decides to go with him the rest of the book is a wash and way too long

I enjoyed this book but the first book Little Mouse is my favorite of the series so far.

Even though the plots are similar and at times it feels like you are reading the same things over and over it is well written, entertaining, and super detailed. This author has to be the most detailed author I've encountered so far.

I loved the MMC Alessio from the moment he was introduced in the first book and he didn't disappoint at all in his book. He's possessive, protective, hilarious, and an Italian god 🤭

The FMC Sienna is a baddie, she's so strong and independent. I loved how she always had Alessio on his toes and you never knew how she was going to react. She's different from most FMCs.

If you like mafia romance I recommend this series 100%

Another book down

I enjoyed Alessio's and Siennas' push and pull dynamic. It made things super interesting and extremely sexy that Alessio enjoyed her strong personality and her ability to protect herself. Shes extremely adept and she excels in getting away from him and her family that's after her. I also loooove Rori and want more of her and Hades kickin butt! 👊🥊

On to the next one!

The first SEVERAL chapters all that happens is he catches her…. She out smarts him…. He catches her again, but once again out smarts him… like COME TF ON.. so much of this is so unnecessary 🙄… there’s also a lot of super long unnecessary conversations happening. Tbh I skipped through a lot of it when I felt like it was just dragging on, and I’ve never done that with a book, but I just wanted it to be over.

I really enjoyed this one, and it really made me laugh a lot in places, but there’s a huge amount of mistakes.

Oh wow. I really did enjoy this one, way more than the first, it did take a bit to get going though. At times Alessio is so sweet with Sienna that I fell in love with him. He has got a darker side but he really makes the effort with people unlike Nico who doesn’t like anyone apart from Gia. He’s also really funny at times, I really laughed at him when he was poking fun at Nico.

Sienna is long lost sister of Gia who Alessio’s family have just found. With the evil De Luca’s determined to get Sienna, not really sure why it’s so urgent, that part doesn’t make sense. Alessio is sent to retrieve Sienna but he comes across as so forceful with the very free spirited Sienna, that she runs away from him time and time again. It’s quite funny in places. Eventually Sienna is exhausted and Alessio takes her back to Sicily. At first I wasn’t sure I was going to like Alessio as he’s telling Sienna that they’re going to get married and she hasn’t got a choice. After Sienna breaks down Alessio finally realises what he’s done and after that he’s so sweet with her. For some bizarre reason that I can’t figure out there’s a few different mafias after Sienna, including her biological father and his sons. The ‘fighting’ between them is a bit silly and is over way too quickly. The s*x scenes are hot! Seriously seriously hot s*x scenes. Wow!

Sadly the mistakes at times are HUGE!
🔵 Sienna is on the run from Alessio and it clearly states that she’s got nothing with her when she leaves her apartment in a rush, Yet she manages to finance herself while she flies across the world, has a bag of clothes etc and she uses her laptop to do work on. It doesn’t mention about her having her laptop with her, as she leaves her apartment in a rush with nothing with her!
🔵 It never mentions about Sienna having her passport, and she flies into Scotland and Greece, yet she doesn’t have to show her passport in any country! No one checks her passport any where and YES THEY WOULD CHECK IT!!
🔵 Sienna has a constant supply of burner phones somehow so she can phone her best friend.
🔵 How did the two mothers manage to give birth to daughters and manage to sneak them out of their houses? There’s no way that they could have done it, as it specifically says that both Giovanni and Leonardo only employ people who hate all women like they do.
🔵 Why are all these people after the daughters who were adopted out? It doesn’t explain it and it doesn’t make any sense. They all hate women yet are going to war over them? 🤣🤣🤣
🔵 Why are the Caruso men involved with a war that is nothing to do with them?
🔵 Why does Nico hate Sienna almost straight away?

This isn’t a mistake but I hated Lori who is Sienna’s best friend. She’s too crass and vulgar and I’m really not a prude, but at one point she’s describing o*al s*x with a man and it’s gross.

Still really enjoyed it though.

Sienna please leave him

It’s my fault. I knew I wouldn’t enjoy this book’s plot in the way I enjoyed the others in the series. So it was already a rough start. from the get go I think something that bothers me immensely is Sienna’s mother. It feels like her mother is exclusively a victim. Constantly reading “especially with what sienna’s mom went through” feels gross. She’s reduced to this bad thing that happened to her & that’s it. I think it would work better if Rori was the reason behind her training. Like maybe she makes a new friend in school (rori) and then finds out her friend takes self defense classes & she wants to join. I understand wanting the whole “the parents have known your identity the entire time & knew this day would come so they needed to prepare you” but I just can’t get passed the “she’s trained in hand to hand combat because her mom was r*ped that one time twenty years ago & her mom needs to assure sienna never experiences that” because it just comes off kinda “if sienna’s mom knew hand to hand combat her assault wouldn’t have happened” which I know is not the authors intention but when her mom is reduced exclusively to that event it’s hard not to read it that way.

On top of that Gia kind of gets belittled to being timid as the opposite of Sienna but Gia is such a strong person and even though it occasionally gets mentioned she’s coming out of her shell it feels like Gia is seen as this weak helpless person. She survived over 20 years of abuse please give her more credit.

Alessio I genuinely HATE him. She asked for time to decompress and even once it’s explained to him why & he claims her breaking down destroys him the next time she wants a few minutes to think he refuses to give her space.

Also he threatens to kill a dog MULTIPLE TIMES even when he knows that Sienna is attached to him. Sorry but you’ll never be liked if you maintain your “power” by threatening things that are important to sienna (*cough* siennas freedom *cough*)

He’s also not possessive in the protective way. He’s pissed she is in the pool with her friends. Sorry dude but the way you act like her in a swimsuit is a fucking end of the world problem because how dare she show other people her body is unattractive as hell. It’s not protective it’s controlling. Which is ironic given the stress of how much Alessio loves her rule breaking. Genuinely I want Sienna to leave him.

“And you just don’t care what I want?” she asks darkly, stepping back away from me. “Normally, yes, but in this, no,” I tell her simply. “You’re mine, Sienna, and I want it to be very clear to any stupid fucker that thinks they have any rights to look at you or touch you.” 🤮 “normally yes” name ONE time you give a fuck about her wants. Also hot take but dude she is going to be seen by other people. They’ll look at her regardless

Sadly this book fell victim to the sophomore slump (although I do not believe this is the author's second published book ever, I use the term because it is the second title in this series). I had high hopes for this sequel because I enjoyed the first book heavily, in fact I might say it was my favorite book this year and I got through quite a few romances these past few months. I much preferred the "tightness" and unpredictability of the de Luca universe when this world was first probed into; even at the start of this book it felt like we as readers were kept on the edge of our toes about what Sienna would do next, which made the steamy scenes a lot more enjoyable. The cat-and-mouse chase quickly lost its lustre, however, when it became clear that the characters were repeating the same sentiments and even recycling the same moments of "chemistry". I didn't enjoy Alessio's character as much and also felt that the returning characters were watered down (like when was Gia this helpless and meek? Her family might've boarded her up most of her life, but she proved to be resourceful in the first book, and was raised to know her way around elite mafia tactics, so it baffled me that most of her presence in this book was defined by being sexually dominated by Nico and being propped like a doll in his lap).
I didn't think the writer did a good job differentiating the de Luca daughters in terms of their arcs, I had to agree with Sienna's earlier sentiments that it was doubtful Alessio and her had anything going for them outside of sexual chemistry. Unlike with Nico and Gia, too, Alessio's domineering personality felt completely at odds with Sienna's lifestyle, also she seemed too quick to go along with his more aggressive moves like demanding her hand in marriage even when she said she was unsure, which seemed like a personal gripe more than a direct snipe at Alessio. Yet, he just whipped out a ring and suddenly a short pep talk with her friend a chapter earlier convinced her to drop the values she held so strongly before? I don't know, I get these books are supposed to be fantasy-like in terms of the events that transpire in the characters' lives, but their motivations should at least stay consistent.

This is Alessio and Sienna's story which was very different from book one. I loved how the author took Sienna's character, which differed from her sister in book one (Little Mouse) and cranked up this series into overdrive. Sienna is the second sister of the elusive De Lucca women who hid the birth of their daughters so that they could save them from dying at the hands of the De Lucca men at birth. Book, one outlined how these men only believed in birthing sons, not daughters.

Sienna's character comes to light at the end of book one where Alessio is tasked with finding her before the De Lucca men do. She has two great adoptive parents and is active in her father's business when she finds out that her life is in danger with everyone trying to capture her. The race to get to Sienna first is hampered as she outruns Alessio, and out thinks him time and time again until he finally corners her at a friend's condo in Europe. She is then kidnapped and returned to Nico's home in the states to figure out their next move with the De Lucca's and to meet the sister she never knew she had. Sienna is strong willed, mouthy, snarky and a handful as Alessio, Nico, Pietro try to determine how to keep her safe and stave off a war.

She and Alessio are "lust at first site" and enemies to lovers in this book but must navigate so many inner obstacles as their two worlds collide. He loves Sienna long before he can put a name on it but must fight to win the heart of his woman. She fights him throughout much of the book before she finally realizes how much he means to her and that she loves him. Our two lovers must then fight to stay alive when the De Lucca's and their allies attack to kidnap both Sienna and her sister.

This book is laced with LOL humor throughout this book between Nico and Alessio's distaste for each other. Sofia's, Dante's and Pietro's characters, as well as the rest of the cast added so much to this story. I hated to see it end. I can't wait for book 3! Such a good series to date.

Emily Rose not only nudged up a gear but went full throttle in Little Rabbit, the second instalment of the New York Mafia series. From the moment you dive back into the world of the Caruso family, everything else fades away.

What makes Little Rabbit stand out is its strong female lead, Sienna. On the surface, she’s anything but a timid little rabbit—she’s a fierce, determined woman who’s about to bring Alessio Caruso, the next Dom heir, to his knees. This intense game of cat and mouse—or rather, fox and rabbit—takes readers on a thrilling journey across Europe and the U.S., with secrets and lies forming the backbone of the story.

But it’s not just the suspense that keeps you hooked; it’s the scorching chemistry between Sienna and Alessio. Their relationship might start off with animosity, but the heat between them is undeniable. Every encounter crackles with tension and passion, making it impossible for them to keep their hands off each other—when Alessio can catch up with Sienna, that is.

When Sienna’s life is threatened, she chooses to run instead of accepting Alessio's offer of protection, leading to an exhilarating chase. For Alessio, the hunt is the most fun he’s ever had, and their dangerous game only intensifies against the backdrop of mafia intrigue.

Little Rabbit is a fast-paced, seductive read that will leave you breathless and eager for more of Sienna and Alessio’s fiery romance. Emily Rose has crafted a tale where love, danger, and passion collide in the most thrilling way possible.

ARC Review- Emily out done herself with this read. You have Sienna who is strong and independent and not afraid to stand in her own. When she finds out her life is in danger due to being a born Mafia princess and her family is trying to get thier hands in her for nefarious reasons she leads Alessio on a merry chase.

Alessio the next in line in the Caruso family he is charming and funny but does he use that to hide his true self from the world? He gice chase to his Little Rabbit and a chase he will get.

Sienna knows she is in danger but she doesn't know the extent of that danger. She isn't just running from the family that is trying to get her but from Alessio. Too her he is too much and she isn't going to be his. He is over bearing and she will not lose her independence to a man.

The chemistry between this two characters is through the roof but with Sienna being so independent and Alessio being so over bearing and dominant can they make.it work. Alessio first priority is to keep Sienna safe which is becoming impossible with her running every chance she get. But he does want to make her his and will whatever it takes. The chase for his little rabbit is on and he will do everything it takes to catch her and keep her.

Come on a journey of the Lost DeLuca Sisters and immerse your self in the Mafia world. You will not be disappointed. Emily will keep you on the edge of your seat. The characters will keep you hooked. Thank you for another great read Emily looking forward to the next book!

I truly enjoyed the first book in the series, but after reading the second book I find that I'm starting to see a lot of things that I have gripes with when it comes to the characters and choices made by the author.
(1.) I like the diversity in characters and personalities, some have the basic copy/paste alpha male traits but otherwise they feel unique. I just HATE how they interact with one another, it's always filled with "mean man stares" or "hollow threats on girl" on a repeat and it bothered me enough I wanted to skim through interactions. So many meetings and not enough development between characters. I don't mind quick relationships I just want there to be some character development between the two rather than the same scene different font kind of vibes.
(2.) The side characters steal the show and that's not ideal when each book is a character that had no real role of importance in the previous book. I want Sofia and Dante, I want Rori and Alanzo (can't remember how to spell name LOL) I don't give two shits about the bodyguard that you spent zero time developing or hinting at in the previous story. I don't know or care about the long lost sisters, it means nothing and when you focus your time too much on side characters and then don't even use them for a story then I'm going to give up on the series before it even get's to their book. Because I truly don't know these characters and you should choose who you develop or tease more carefully.

Little Rabbit...Coniglietto...PITA!!!
Wow, this series is fast becoming a favorite of mine. I never thought I would like a series like this, however, reading the second book in this series is definitely making me a fan. From Gia, in the first book (not as strong, yet) to Sienna who is ready to kick ass and take names. I just love a feisty, sassy heroine who is not afraid to make a Don in training work for her heart. From the first page I was hooked. Alessio, Alessio, Alessio...there were so many times I felt like Sienna, wanting to throw something at your head! But you managed to endear yourself to me. The chemistry between Alessio and Sienna is of the charts. Alessio doesn't just treat Sienna like a woman without a brain, he treats her like the independent woman she is. He values what she brings to their relationship. As serious as the situation is that all the characters find themselves in, they still manage to have some fun. From Alessio's Boo Bear to Rori and Hades. What I've come to like about Emily Rose, is she brings in characters, not just to either fill in a space or to get her word count in, but you know eventually those characters will have a bigger role to play as the series gets along and they will be fiercer than ever. Another great book from Emily Rose!!!

Alessio and Sienna’s story

Ok I liked this even more than book 1! I didn’t feel like I related to Gia that well but Sienna !? Yea that’s my girl.

If you are just joining the lost DeLuca series- we open with Alessio and his bodyguard going to CA to find Gia’s (little mouse, book 1 FMC) long lost sister. Cool. And our first introduction is her clocking them stalking her and sneaking down to confront them!? And then a mad cat and mouse game around Europe because she is CRAZY resourceful and essentially a bad bih!?*chefs kiss*

Not to mention Alessio is a literal dark sunshine MMC. The infamous man who calls another Don “boo bear” - I giggled every time - is also a dark and crazy MF that literally does knife play, edging, and will kill on site. Just so so so good.

At times the spiceeee was like okay I get it, they love to have sex , but the evolution of their relationship in such a short time made me believe in obsession at first sight. The vulnerability shared between them both was sweet. This was fun. My only request is to now see more of Alonzo and Rori because I need a short story spin off of how she absolutely gets on his nerves but also he is feral for her and turns obsessed.

I’m looking forward to book 3!

This is book 2 of the Lost DeLuca Sisters series featuring Alessio and Sienna, and it did not disappoint! Sienna, the MFC is strong and independent and does not want to loose that independence. She is forced into a world she doesn't understand or want to be part of. Unfortunately, her family doesn't give her any chance to escape it.

From the beginning, Alessio is completely smitten with Sienna and has no intention of letting her get away. The sparks are strong and bright. Sienna however has other ideas and tries to get away at every opportunity, until she realizes what a truly dangerous predicament she is truly in.

As much as I loved Alessio in the first book, the author has expanded on his personality alot in this edition. His darkness surfaces hard and often. He's possessive and protective. I would have liked to see a bit more if his humor again, but this variant fit well with the story line.

Action packed? Definitely! Spice? Certainly ;) You won't be able to put it down.

Little Rabbit book 2 in this fantastic series. The storyline continues perfectly and has a strong build of characters.
Allessio is given the task of bringing Sienna back to Nico and Gia. And boy goes this quick mouth woman give Allessio a run for his money. Escaping him two making him chase her all over Europe. Sienna finally realizes that it's not only Allessio after her and she goes with him as he seems the safer bet. And boy the chemistry between them is explosive, even though Sienna wants, to deny the feelings she's having about him. The moment Sienna and Gia met is heartwarming seeing how close they got so soon. I love how Emily brought everything from little mouse into little Rabbit giving them all stronger voices. And I certainly love Rori Sienna best friend and her killer dog. These men have their hands full with these strong women and yes that includes Gia her character is getting her own voice and strength. Won't give any more away but if you enjoy Mafia series this series is one to look out for. Off to book 3.

Wow! As much as I loved Little Mouse, and I did, I think I love Little Rabbit more. Maybe it’s because we still get to enjoy the characters introduced in Little Mouse, only now they’re fleshed out. But it probably is because as much as I enjoyed Nico and Gia’s story…it was and is amazing…Alessio just grabbed my attention. I really wanted to see how Ms. Rose was going to expand on his character and she did not let me down. The jokester has a whole lot of depth and I love getting to see what was behind the happy go lucky persona that he usually puts out for everyone to see. Calling Nico his “Boo Bear” continually cracks me up…the man’s survival skills are seriously lacking. Sienna is a perfect match for him. She’s sassy, independent and pretty fearless and she sends him on a merry little chase…so great. The story would have been wonderful if it only dealt with these two but luckily for us we get to pull in old friends and make some new ones that I just know are going to be fantastic! I’m now waiting, semi patiently, for book three in the series. I have a feeling the next De Luca sister is going to blow us away!

I loved Alessio in the first book, but I didn't like him in this one and I hated Sienna. First book, he's a funny dude who gets serious when the situation calls for it, and I liked that. This one, it's just a cover and he's very traumatized *rolls eyes* And Sienna is so stupid. Every time she runs, she gets caught and despite being told over and over again that she's in danger and also being discovered pretty soon after reaching her destination, she wasn't capable of rubbing a few brain cells together and thinking if Alessio can find me this quickly, what about the other guy? Honestly, I know people like strong women, but they need to be intelligent, too. And she doesn't know how to talk to the mafia? With respect! Same as with anybody you're meeting for the first time, especially if they're from a different culture than you are. This is why intelligence is important. She can't just fight and run from every situation.

Great book

The second book in the lost de luca series Little Rabbit follows the story of Sienna and alessio. Sienna is living her normal best life unknowingly that it is about to be turned upside down and her birth family is after her but after learning this who can and should trust with her safety and her life Alessio had been entrusted to find and bring sienna into safety with her sister and new husband nico (first book little mouse). However sienna wants nothing to do with the pending Mafia war her birth family or her sister new family and makes a run for it all over but Alessio finally manages to catch up and get her to iltay things are not only heating up in the war but in the bedroom. I will say I enjoyed the second half of this book more than the first part of the book chasing of Sienna. The connection not only between alessio and sienna is amazing but sienna and the women especially gia even the men Is great well written the action drama suspense humour and character connection is what makes you want to read it. It's a great book recommendation that you read a little mouse first, then this one you won't be disappointed. I can't wait for the next one

Fellow Canuck Emily Rose outdid herself with LITTLE RABBIT. I’m a huge fan of her MC books, and when I started this series, I was a little trepidatious. With MC books I knew what to expect, but with Mafia stories it could range from “lite”, where the term is mentioned and any action is glossed over, to hard-core, where “taking care of business” is meticulously described.

I am no longer trepidatious. In fact, my warning to any reader is that you had better have lots of time because you will not be able to put this down! Is it time to sleep? Well, good luck, because I kept saying I’d read just to the end of this chapter… ok, the end of the next chapter….

I would say if you’re already a fan of Ms. Rose, then you will love this. It is her, just elevated to another level. I can’t wait for the next in the series to come out. How many more sleeps is that? Highly recommend.

This series is intoxicating and addictive. I love how we keep getting little bits of information on the sisters It makes the story that more intriguing. We meet Sienna in this book and she is stubborn sassy and combative with so much spice. She truly gave Alessio a run for his money. When he decides she is his he has to convince her which is a task in itself. We also get to catch up on past characters and get some new side characters that need a book of their own. I thought Emily Rose wrote amazing MC books but she has gone to another level with her mafia series. Her characters are all so well developed and the plot and storylines are exceptional. I can't get enough of her books. I was given this book as an ARC for my honest review.

Underrated series!

Based on the number of reviews for this book, I feel like this is an underrated series. While there was a major continuity error in this book (discovering another De Luca daughter was done twice), they are overall well-written, engaging and exciting stories with interesting and diverse characters. I do wish she would include some kind of family tree and diagram of relationships between both the “good guys” and the “bad guys.”

I highly recommend giving this series a try. You do need to start with Book 1, Little Mouse, because there is a continuing overall plot across the books. The good news is that the individual love stories have a resolution and the plot cliffhangers are very mild. Hope you give this series a try and enjoy!

The hunt continues!!

Out there somewhere are The Lost DeLuca Sisters and everyone seems to be scrambling to find them. Sienna has had a normal life and she's looking forward to taking over the family business from her parents. Enter Alessio, the Caruso underboss, he has come to retrieve Sienna and take her back to Sicily to marry her because the instant he saw her picture she was his! Sienna is one of the lost DeLuca sisters and she has no idea that she is part of a mafia family, let alone one that sees woman as worthless. Her brothers and father want to find her to teach her her place and use her as a bargaining chip. It makes no difference who gets to her first, because Sienna will not go down without a fight!!!

Absolutely loving this series!!
I read the prequel that I saw was free. Well since then, I’ve been obsessed with this series. There’s nothing better than some dark mafia romance and this series does NOT disappoint.
this book is about Sienna and Alessio. This book is so good. So much suspense, action and heat.

Alessio chases Sienna all
Over to try to get her to come back home with him but she is a smart girl and doesn’t make his mission easy. You never know what will happen. Sienna is finding out she why she was adopted and all
About her birth family. She also finds out she has a younger sister.
This boom really is amazing and I can’t wait to see if Rori and Alonzo get together and get a book too. This series deserves more than 5 stars. Next up….Little Dove

Book two in The New York Mafia series and it's Alessio's story, we met him in book one - which I definitely recommend reading - he's laid-back and has wit about him, this book shows there's so much more to him...

He's came to Siennas town to bring her back to his home to keep her safe - which she says ain't happening! I loved the push and pull between these two, she most definitely keeps him on his toes, lots of humour between them - as well as lots of chemistry 🥵

A really good read, action, drama, passion, angst, badass females and smitten mafia men - can't wait for the next one!!....

*I voluntarily received an arc and this is my honest review

No words can describe how good this book really was.... But I will definitely try.I did not want to put it down yet I did not want it to end.Its great if you love dark romance but you do not want to tumble down the darkest tunnels of dark romance. Triggers should definitely be checked. The story is perfectly crafted and each Character is depicted in a way that you get to know them and their quirks. The book has some humour and definitely had moments that made me squeal earning funny looks from my husband and kids. It was an amazing rollercoaster ride that had me feeling all kinds of things. I loved the world Emily Rose has created so much that I reread the first one just so it does not end.
