I came across this book on an author friends page.
She recommended it. Since I love apocalypse stories, I thought why not.

This is not your typical apocalypse story with zombies and survivors. This is the story of one girl, Abby and the world around her. GAG is spreading...ghosts and ghouls. People die, but their body remains, like a zombie. But there's more to it. They are other of branches from zombies that are just as bad.

Abby lives her entire life in a Fort in her apartment complex with her dad. The world goes on around her, but she doesn't know anything about it. Her dad keeps her sheltered away and safe. When her dad dies everything comes to light. All the lies. All the truths. All her strengths.

Can Abby survive? Or will she die like her parents before her? Or worse be captured by the Circuit?

This is a quick read. I enjoyed it while at the beach and will be checking out more work by Mr Boley. I loved how it wasn't your typical zombie book!
