What happens in Vegas . . .

They were young, gutsy, and unstoppable. Three high school beauties who wreaked havoc wherever they went. But then love found its way into their lives, and one by one, they slowly drifted apart.

Jessie Baldwin—-a beautiful psychotherapist who’s afraid to live outside her protected box of psychological studies. Married to a cheat and refused to believe her perfect marriage was a lie. DIVORCED

Tina Gambino—-aka Tina the trumpet. Hottie with a bad rep who used her flashy looks to land a wealthy guy from Long Island. Married. Three kids. Clueless that her NBC big-shot husband was having an affair with a super model half her age. DIVORCED

Sonny Saunders—-the yes girl. Angelic. Married the only guy she ever dated. Catches him in a lip-lock with his best friend. DIVORCED

When these three longtime friends reunite after divorcing their cheating husbands, they set out to mend their broken hearts by proving they’re the same carefree girls from back in the day. But after a string of all-night benders, waking next to three guys half their age, and a humiliating brawl in a Southampton art gallery—the discouraging idea that they’re too old for the game becomes a fear they’re unwilling to face.

Disgusted and depressed, and still determined to prove that they have what it takes, they head to Vegas looking for action. And when they find out that they'll be staying next door to reclusive crime boss, Lee Montgomery, action is what they're going to get.

It’s all about the adventure for these three and when they're caught sneaking into Montgomery’s backyard, their explanation turns into a battle of wills between the beautiful psychotherapist and the gorgeous crime boss.

And so, it begins.

The girls went to Vegas looking to find themselves---never expecting to fall in love or to be accomplices in a plan that can put them away for life.

Fantastic story! I'm a big fan of Valentine's - her books have never disappointed me. As far as Note to Self, anyone who's ever been in love, been cheated on and had their heart broken will relate. It's a story of self-discovery and adventure and puts life and priorities in perspective. All that glitters is most definitely not always gold. Being just a few months away from turning 40 and the inevitable mid-life crisis, this story couldn't have come at a better time. I finished it in one day - it's THAT good. I don't want to spoil the story for anyone, but you will love it. Highly recommend it. ❤️
