"It's dark and it's quiet - most of the time. Worse, it's empty; the last thing I remember before this started is a hospital teeming with life, but now it's dead, it's still, and I'm alone. Well, not completely alone - they're here, whatever they are. All I can do is hide when they come, and wander around when they leave. I don't know what I'm looking for - everyone's gone and time isn't moving anymore, so there's really nothing to find. I'm just stuck at 9:13 and there is nothing I can do.

So I'm gonna talk, and I hope you're there to listen."
