AJ Merlin would rather write epic love stories than live them. I mean, who wants to limit themselves to only falling in love once? She is obsessed with dark fantasy, true crime, and also dogs. From serial killers to voyeurs all the way down to the devil himself, AJ's specialty is in writing irredeemable heroes who somehow still manage to captivate their heroines (and her readers).

While I'm not much of a horror fan, I could see which horrors that two of the three were based on. The first one I wasn't sure of, but the rest I figured out pretty quick.
The book is dark, steamy and well worth the read. If you've got major triggers with dark books, make sure to look into the triggers first!
I hope this book gets more great reviews as it deserves it!

Whew... this was something else. Definitely check trigger warnings because this is a dark and dirty one.

These books center around one main character that is a serial killer who stalks their love interest. While I loved how the plot played out and how the serial killer ended up loving their significant other in their own way even if it was unusual. However, if Dark Romance is your thing then this might be one for you. I know I definitely enjoyed the characters/character development and the plot overall... the spice was spicy 🥵

Dark, intense, emotionally gripping

The stories in this book are dark and twisted. Definitely made it hard to stop reading them. If you like deliciously dark, intense stories, this is book for you.

Dark, Intense


 Each story had me on the edge of my seat, wondering what would happen next. I love how each story is different, even if they all end with the main characters falling for a villain.
