I have to say, I enjoyed this book. That said, I would have liked more info on what happened between the wedding in Vegas and the beginning of this one. Maybe a prequel would have been in order. Still gave it five stars.

Good overall but some issues
The book was filled with excitement and intrigue but the elementary level dialogue kept me from really enjoying it. The vice president spoke to Tommy as if he was a second grader yet he trusted his life to this man. Also, there was no indication anywhere that there were previous books you needed to read to fully understand this book. I have no clue who Annie is or what happened to her but that info plays an important part in this book. Finally, the shoddy editing really undermined the flow of the book. This could have been an incredible book, hopefully the issues mentioned are cleaned up in book 2.

Truly amazing!
This one is just the start of everything that keeps the pages flying as you can't get enough, it's that good! Tommy has always said it like it is no matter what, but while he's made his share of mistakes he's always honest about it. He learned from the best and Annie's a great person to learn it from! Working for the Vice President, Lee Armstrong brings a lot of undercover jobs as well as excitement to Tommy. As they say, this one keeps not only your emotions on the fast track but your heart as well! Fantastic reading, can't wait for the next one!

True Colors is a phenomenal series
This collaboration from two wonderful authors brings the best of both talents. It's a wonderful reminder of our favorite characters from the past while bringing out the future ideas. It left me wanting more and more.

Brilliant
This was another great book by this very gifted author. The story pulls you in from the start and grips you. Tommy has a new job and it is not without it's danger.

Great read. Tommy's new adventure is very impressive. Still tough & rough around the edges but getting the job done. Looking forward to this series.
