Want more Joy out of life? READ THIS BOOK NOW!

I love the saying, “Work to live. ” NOT live to work, but sometimes work takes an overwhelming portion of life.
Practical AND playful, this book is a fantastic tool to make adjustments to get you back to do more of what brings you Joy. This is focused at the ladies, but men can use these same tips to thrive. More importantly, this gives some insight to what is causing the behavior we see. For some of us, it would be even more helpful if this was followed up with a guy’s guide to explain how to better support our overdriven women.

I recommend MUST READ!

I was expecting this book to provide tools for raising awareness of issues that can lead to burnout, as well as ways to overcome them. However, I found that it offered very few tools for addressing burnout and instead focused mainly on the idea that "Women often find themselves in this type of situation." It could have been improved, or the book's description should have been more precise.
