Have you ever felt conflicted in yourself, wanting two opposite things at the same time?
Do you often feel as if you have hidden parts that occasionally take control of your entire being?
Do you struggle with overcoming past trauma that is keeping you from reaching your full potential?
Are you eager to learn how to heal from within to improve your life, your relationships, and how you perceive yourself and the world around you?
When we think about our Self or our identity, we often think about it as a single entity. However, having one brain doesn’t imply having only one mind, and truth be told, isn’t it a little perplexing to make such a statement about the fascinating, not fully understood yet, human mind?
Richard C. Schwartz's No Bad Parts articulately breaks down the Internal Family Systems Model, providing you with in-depth knowledge of the different parts that make us who we are, how these parts respond to life events and traumas, and how you can reduce their impact on your life to foster inner harmony and well-being.

Great Chapter Summaries, Exercises Were Hard To Follow...
Im not a big fan of when other authors ride on another authors work by making a workbook.
And I have to admit that the chapter summaries were great and I learned what IFS says from it but the exercises... I was lost and not sure how to begin often. 😕 And there are journal prompt questions but no places to actually write down the questions.
I definitely am going to read No Bad Parts by Richard Schwartz, the actual book that this workbook was made from. I don't recommend picking up this workbook without it, like the Introduction says you can do. Not cool.
I was a little bit unsure about this workbook at first, but Dr. Schwartz approach to mental health and wellness was a breath of fresh air. It was very well-written. This book provided me with a series of questions that helped me understand and relate to many different issues. He encouraged me to set achievable goals and helped me work towards healing from my past trauma. I would say as someone who has struggled with my mental health for so many years that this is one of the best workbooks I have ever purchased.
Short sweet and to the point. Heard it on audio book so I may have missed some details but I was able to get the gist of IFS over the course of a couple hours.
