This was cute and mostly read like an extended epilogue to book 1. They all got their happy ever after and said their pieces about how much they love each other. And there was lots of smut. There just wasn’t much of a plot.

Literally a wet mess right now (and not just my eyes). I happy SOBBED through the last chapter. So freaking good. I love that each of them had the same idea and it just came together beautifully. 72 pages of spicy tentacle poly smut and all the happy love vibes. But seriously the smut was smutting 🥵Barney, Ryder and Marcie are the sweetest. I love them dearly. Also that cover tho 👀👏🏼 Kate, this was PERFECT.

Marci, Barney, and Ryder are all very happy together, each of them living their best life with the people they love most. But when they see a grand proposal, they can't help but get ideas of their own.
This was the perfect extension to last Tinsel & Tentacles. It was a quick, super spicy novella where our characters try for an even happier HEA.
There was a lot of spice packed into a short read, and it also had a lot of sweet moments too. It was like cosying up to a holiday episode of a favourite story, and it did not disappoint!

I waited to pick this one up until right before NYE and I absolutely adored the continuation of Barney, Ryder, and Marci’s romance. The smut was so hot in this one and the romance was just as adorable as it was in the previous book. I need so much more of these three!

Oh. My. Tentacles.
I devoured Diamonds & Tentacles faster than Barney can hit a high note, and let me tell you—it was EVERYTHING. After absolutely loving book one in this series (seriously, I’m obsessed with this throuple), there was no way I was waiting even a second to dive into this novella. And wow, did it deliver.
Marci, Ryder, and Barney are pure chaos, but in the most delicious, swoon-worthy way. The way they love each other? The way they plan to love each other forever? My heart AND my brain short-circuited. Also, the math absolutely checks out—six arms, six legs, eight tentacles, and one giant heap of spicy, heart-melting goodness.
And now, because I apparently have a death wish for my sanity, I need Eros’s book immediately. Like, yesterday. I don’t even know how I’m supposed to function in the meantime, but I’ll be here, vibrating with anticipation, until I read it (because I have to finish this ARC signed up for...responsabilities...ughhh).
10/10, highly recommend, and yes, I will be referring to myself as tentacle trash from this point forward.

It was so good I immediately read the sequel.

This was definitely more smut than plot, however I have zero complaints. I feel like this just an extended epilogue for book one because they all did have their happily ever after.

This was such a yummy treat! I adored Marci, Barney, and Ryder’s getting together story, Tinsel & Tentacles, and it’s gorgeous to see how far they’ve come in a year. Their relationship is solid and I love how comfortable they are with one another. The spice was hot in book one, but Kate McDarris has stepped it up and it’s scorching in this one.
I’ve always been a little curious about Barney’s backstory—where he came from, how he ended up on land and became a famous rockstar—and we get all deets in this one (and it’s fabulous). I also love how the usually sweet Barney embraces his dominant side.
I love the little Easter eggs thrown in from the other books in Kate’s Monster Mash Holiday stories.
This novella has left me so fulfilled with the rockstar, bodyguard, and manager trio, but now I need more of Carter Eros. I *need* to read his story, Shot Through the Heart, soon.

I've been waiting excitedly for this sequel because I NEEDED more Ryder, Marci, and Barney. And it didn't disappoint!
It was so good, veeeery steamy, and I may or may not have cried. That's a lot for a fairly short read 😅 I don't know if there's more planned for them, but I don't think I could ever get enough!
