Thank you to PESI Publishing for our free copy of The Emotional Eating, Chronic Dieting, Binge Eating, & Body Image Workbook!! I have flown through our copy this week!

Rating: 5 star
Genre: Workbook

Thoughts: As someone who has read Christy Harrison's other books, I was thrilled to see she co-authored a workbook! This workbook is well-written and will be very helpful to so many! This is a workbook that someone could pick up on their own or do with a therapist or dietitian. I also appreciate the Clinician's Corner at the end of each chapter. If you are new to a weight inclusive approach as a clinician, I highly recommend picking this workbook up! Fantastic new resource!!

Great foundational information on working with people who want a better relationship with food and their body. Lots of reflection questions and activities to use in session as appropriate. Some dieting/specific food information that I likely won’t incorporate but will share as needed.
