Safety and Spoilers
Safe. No ow/om drama. Nothing is mentioned about the H’s past, he’s not a virgin. h had a one night stand that resulted in her pregnancy.
The story was very quick and there are a few time jumps so I didn’t really feel the depth of their feelings.
H was all in with h right from the beginning. He loved her and her baby straight away.
No abuse or cheating.

The Real Meaning of Love . . .
Coming back from a fake fire call, the Heart brothers spot smoke and go to check it out. They find a duplex engulfed in flames. They split up to check for anyone trapped in the building and he sees a woman pounding fists against the second floor window. He climbs the ladder and breaks the glass. She is heavily pregnant and, as he takes her down the ladder, she goes into labor! They had already called the ambulance en route so paramedics were waiting to take her to the hospital while he continued fighting the fire. When they finally finished, he showered and drove to the hospital to check on Abigail and the baby who was on the way.
Abby hated being alone. Her one-night-stand ended in a pregnancy followed by her mother disowning her. Finding this friendly town at least gave her hope for the future. However, even the little bit she owned was now burned up in the fire. Then the nurse arrived and told her she had a visitor. He holds her hand through another contraction as she asks if he would stay with her. She is afraid, but he reassures her and continues to hold her hand as the doctor comes in and tells her they need to deliver the baby now as her blood pressure is rising and the baby is in distress. And Mason repeats that she is not alone, he is here for her. He gently tells her to breathe and it calms her down. Soon she will meet her daughter, Maya Grace Bonnet. When Mason finds out she is completely alone and homeless, he tells her he wants to help. He has two spare rooms and offered to convert one to a nursery. But he already claimed both of them in his heart, vowing to protect them. His entire family lives nearby and will be there for her when he is not home.
Mason and Abby will steal the reader’s heart from beginning to end. She has nothing to hold onto until he reaches out to her and calms her fears. Will she realize this is not simply kindness? Mason and his brothers are firefighters, who attend to a duplex fire when they spot a pregnant lady on the second floor panicking as the window is sealed. He rescues her and after shift he goes to the hospital to check on her. She is in labor and he stays to help her deliver a little girl named Maya. Feelings for Abby and Maya overwhelm him and he offers her a place to stay and heal.
Loved the characters, his close supportive family and the honest love that grows between Mason and Abby. This is a heartwarming story of finding the one that makes you whole. Terrific ending and future.

Mason is a seriously sweet insta-love novella. Pregnant Abby is trapped in a burning building. All alone after her mother disowns her, the young mother-to-be goes into labor as Mason is rescuing her from the inferno. It’s so sweet how he checked on her in the hospital and then never left her side, deciding instantly that she is it for him. I would have liked to get to know Abby’s personality a bit more. Her character is interesting but not compelling to me. I really enjoy insta-love stories, but this one felt more like fulfilling a depression gap for both main characters as opposed to them really getting to know each other as people.

The story moved along well and had good characters who had good connection and chemistry. I enjoyed seeing their relationship develop and seeing Mason fall in love, more than once..

A good OTT romance
This is a sweet and spicy OTT instalove novella. Mason is a firefighter who has been restless lately. Abigail is pregnant and single. Mason rescues Abigail when she is trapped in a burning duplex and instantly feels drawn to her. Knowing she went into labor due to the fire, he goes to the hospital to be with her. Despite being short, the story was fairly well written, the characters had some dimension and the storyline was engaging.

This one is my favorite in the series... Out of all the brothers. I find the mmc to be the sweetest ... Would hv been nice if the mmc took up for the fmc when his mother said she may be using him n was she seemed cold towards the fmc. Other than that the mmc was great . The best one out of the brothers . He warmed my heart.

The author has given us a heartwarming older man/younger woman story that pulls us into the lives of Mason, Abby and her baby. The story keeps us turning the pages with danger, connection, desire, revelations and steam.
