Overall series review- 2.6* I had high expectations for this manga and had been eagerly anticipating reading it. However, I was quite disappointed as it lacked romance and the ending did not satisfy me. Nevertheless, I did enjoy the art.
I really respect this series - it's daft in parts, but it knows when to get serious. I was also really surprised at parts, especially towards the end. I appreciate that Fii made a difficult choice, where most series would have had her make the other, and I loved that. Bread, as always, wins. Highly recommended.
This series certainly takes you through quite the journey! I felt like it was super fun and light-hearted and then it suddenly got super dark... And then suddenly you find out that all that darkness was due to a lot of misunderstandings. It was interesting how the author took the idea that paranoia can cause a situation that technically is very positive and spin it into a very negative lighting. Well the last volume feels a little fast and leaves a lot of unfinished business... I don't dislike where it leaves the story. From the pacing and the feels of this volume, I think the author was done with a series and even though they could have gone farther and had a much cleaner wrap up... I think it would have not been the quality we deserve does an audience. So for once, they quit while they're ahead and it was okay.
It was a bit different from what I usually read with these types of otome game reincarnation manga but I enjoyed it a lot. I’m glad that she was able to decide what her future would be and even if she ends up with Prince Nika, it’s because she wants it. I already had a hunch on who El was and I was right about it, I’m happy that this story had a happy ending!
Okay…. As a whole, this series kept me entertained. However, there are some plot points that are a bit outrageous and too convenient for the sake of moving the plot along. Honestly, the reincarnation bit is more plausible than the backstory for El and the abandoned one (in my opinion).
The ending was pretty unsatisfying IMO. I did guess who El was, but the rationale behind it all was not convincing. Same with Nana. Overall, it was an ok series. The fixation on being a commoner was weird, but whatever. At least it was fairly short.

The ending feels unfinished, but I guess that's the point that we don't really get a concrete conclusion considering the romance- the possibilities for Rose's future.
