timely read for Mother’s Day
love a memoir through essays, I liked how this was video based without seeing the clips themselves. emotionally honest, was surprised how much this book focused on her relationship with bee mother. wanted her to explore more about what it means to be a settler and Palestinian resistance — how do we get to the free Palestine that she wants to see? how will this continue to challenge her relationships?
overall enjoyed this read, but wanted more
