Ancient Egypt: The History of the most Mystical Civilization to ever exist

Rate this book
Are you interested in ancient civilizations?

Do you want to know what makes Ancient Egypt the most mysterious and interesting civilization ever?

Because Egypt’s rich history covers a couple of thousand years, it is hard to get a complete understanding of the culture. It is especially important to study their culture and people because they were one of the only civilizations that communicated through writing during the time.

The artifacts that are found by archaeologists are accompanied by the Egyptian writing, also known as hieroglyphics. The strategic location of the Nile River allowed the civilization to prosper and grow. The River allowed Egyptians to trade and bargain with other cultures. Egypt helped transition man from the prehistory era to a civilized world. Egyptian people had a lot of respect for their pharaohs, and built elaborate tombs for them for the afterlife.

I love reading about ancient Egypt, I really do. In fact, it's the most fascinating era in history in my opinion but sorry, I really couldn't like this particular book. Not only was it too short (eleven pages!) to be called a proper book, it was also badly written and lacked a lot in the decent information department. Also I was put off by how badly edited it was and the format of the Kindle book. I wouldn't recommend reading it.
