Cute, better than the first book for sure. At least Brightheart had an idea of what Amy has been sent to do. Brightheart is a likeable pony. Amy being able to joust in full armor, when she's never worn anything like that before was eyebrow raising though...

My favorite part was when Amy won a knights competition with Brightheart that you needed to get the other knight of the horse by jousting. - 6 years old
