The gang is back for one last ride. We’ve all witnessed the drama unfold right before us, and by now, we all have our feelings on how we expect this finale to end. There have been so many enemies throughout this series. Whether it was Red Man coming home from prison and starting trouble, or Dekedra coming to Miami and lying about her very existence. In order for this book to get the happily ever after that it deserves, these enemies have to be dealt with immediately.
Beretta always thought that life for her couldn’t get any harder than what she had to deal with in high school, but she was wrong. The things she dealt with in high school are small, compared to the giant obstacles she faces in her twenties.
Take one final ride with these characters and witness the drama unfold. This book is filled with a bunch of twist and turns, and you're in for a rollercoaster ride of deep emotions.
The Kedra drama was the highlight of this book. I’m still sitting here asking myself how it was never found out Zo is the real reason why Skyro’s friend was k*lled. Also, what’s the point of Reece? 🧐 This was an okay end to the series, I’m glad the author is taking a break from their world for a while. I wonder what direction she will go in next.
Beretta went through so much in this book. Her life was in complete turmoil at the beginning. However, she didn't let it slow her down. She continued her journey with her final semester of school and living life. She and Skyro went through so much trauma, but their love got them through it. Kedra was amazing psychotic and should have accepted her mom's help. She received what was coming to her for all of them drama she caused. Puma and Beretta worked hard and their accomplishments paid off! Their families and men supported them fully. This was an awesome read. Hopefully, there will be more about them later on!
Part 3 was amazing, and everyone got their happy ending. It took long enough for them to handle Kedra, but I'm glad it finally happened. I'm glad Skyro and Beretta worked it out, and Scrappy and Puma are the best together. I'm happy that Laila had a beautiful daughter and is engaged because she deserves happiness. I enjoyed this series
Yessss the GOAT has once again delivered 🙌🏾 👏🏾...I love, love love the whole Diaz crew and Beretta just fits in with the sisters....Omg I loved this series I really enjoyed the characters development and the growth they all overcame in this series...Now that d@mn Kedra she got exactly what she deserve and I felt bad for her mom because all she wanted was ro help her daughter before something happen to her...Skyro I'm glad he decided to want more and better his self...I love their relationship and how they were always on so connected even when they were beefing...Im proud of Beretta she finally stop that whinning she was doing and accepted she was older and couldn't be a brat all the time!! Overall this was another wonderful read by the GOAT herself and I cant wait for what's next to come from this crew🥰‼️‼️
I already know you’re one of, if not my favorite, authors!! I absolutely LOVED this series and the entire Daddy’s Gurlz storyline. I hate to see them go, but to know it’s not truly over gives me some peace lol
Skyo and Beretta put us through it honey! They’re like a mini version of Uzi and Loco without all the killing on Uzi’s part lol I can’t wait to see how they continue to grow, as well as Puma and Scrappy! We’ll be waiting on a little Skyro and Versace!
I can see Reece getting his own little story and I love how you incorporated him! I’m excited to read his comeback story!
All in all this was an amazing read and your pen game just keeps getting stronger! Excited for what’s in store next year!
Diamond, a great series. When I tell you this crew has been through more drama than a little bit. The one thing I love is the love they have for one another, at the end of the day that's what's so important. To see each sister grow become mother's wives and just grow on each levels made me so happy. To see Puma and Aries never change up also was a joy to me Watching that guys grow up and be protective of the girls with everything they get into. Everything that happened the crew was there for one another. Thanks for showing how becoming obsessed with someone can bring so much pain Thank you for allowing all unwanted energy to have their just karma.🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
A nice ending to a well written series! Beretta is all grown up, boy did she and Skyro go through some stuff! Mental health is real and Kedra was a prime example! Family and friends Nashik over everything, Puma and Beretta friendship never cease to amaze me! Scrappy& Skyro were cousins but truly best friends and were like brothers! Josiah was the jokester, but my heart ached for him! I really enjoyed how the lives of these young folks transitioned from high schoolers to young adults! I love how Wesson was brought into the story as well! Family, family, family! Loved the ending and hope to see more of them!
I thoroughly enjoyed Me & My Beretta 1-3. It’s a must read, if you like that hood love, straight outta Dade county!! I also like how Ms. Diamond D. Johnson incorporated previous characters into this series.
I don’t like to give away any info about how the book is. I’m more of a, you have to read it to know if you like it kind of person. It may not be everybody’s cup of tea. I’ll tell you this though, the tea was served piping HOT‼️ Ms. Diamond did her thing ya’ll. Once again the pen to paper was everything 🫶🏽 I’m forever a proud reader of her work!! Peace & Blessings!!
I could not have asked for a better series to read!!!…Beretta, Skyro, Puma and Scrappy was full of AWESOMENESS!!!…To see these 4 grow from children into adulthood made my heart proud!!!… The mindset, the maturity, the decision to take different paths for the men was heartwarming!!!…I’m still hoping Scrappy finds himself getting out the game too!!!.. I loved hearing about Uzi children and their shenanigans!!!.. I was also thrilled to see Laila and Quincy growing in love!!!.. Thank you for the stories, the laughs, the parts that had you clutching your invisible pearls!!!…
Loved the entire series, but it's time for it to end
I read all of the spin-offs, and I must say the end of this book felt like it dragged on so long I skipped pages. I know the Ms. Jihnson said she would continue, but I think she should wrap it up or maybe do a Christmas special to see what happened.
I love, love Beretta and Skyro. He loved her spoiled butt so hard, but at the end, she stood by him through his ninsense in the streets. But it was beautiful to watch them grow from hating each other to grown-up love.
I was so excited at the prospect of “Me And My Beretta 3,” and I was not disappointed with the finished product! Beretta is such a fantastic character. She is super mature in some areas and a bit immature in others (but she is only twenty one years old, so she’ll learn!). The love she and Skyro have for each other is well beyond their years (mostly) and hopefully, Ms. Diamond D. Johnson is not finished with them yet!
What a great way to end the series. I have been following them since Daddy’s Gurlz. You have not disappoint at all. Hopefully you will bring us another story with Beretta and Skyro being married or having kids. I just love all the characters. I’m so excited to be looking forward to see anything about Uzi and Loco kids growing up. Because I know Lil Loco is gonna be my little bae. Lol
I was late to the Daddy’s Girls series but once i started i was hooked and literally read all the way through i just had to wait a little bit for me & my beretta 3! 5 stars for sure! The characters do feel like family! I never write reviews but i absolutely had to this once! Sad to see a break but hopefully next time we hear from the characters there will be a mini Beretta 💕
What a wild ride with Skyro and Beretta they both went thru so much darma. From breaking up meeting Kendra who was obsessed with her she was stalking her. Come to find out she had emotional issues going on with her. It was great to here about the rest of the characters her sisters Uzi, Benelli, and Nyme. Beretta has really grew up her and Puma they graduate college. The book touch on a lot of topics depression, self-worth, self-love.
You know as long as it takes me to start this author's books I am never disappointed. We always see growth in her characters but they never loose who they truly are. Beretta and Skyro stressed me out but I also knew they both needed the time apart to really miss each other and understand each other. They definitely had major bumps in the road but to see them come together made everything worth it.
What an amazing, happy and safe ending to a wonderful, well written three part story. It was definitely a wild roller coaster ride from beginning to end. It was great to see Beretta mature throughout her growth into a beautiful, loving, smart and caring young woman. I can't wait for the next ride with the fam making their mark out in the world. Great Read Ms. Johnson. Loved It. ReneeG
Wow, what an adventure with Beretta. She did not disappoint. There was so much drama. We still had street issues as well. But stalking, okay... with how goofy Beretta was at times... that was perfect for her. I really hate to finish the series, so I put off reading this book when it came out. Hate saying goodbye to my book family's 🤭🤷🏾♀️😂🤣. That's just me!! Again, this is a great series overall. Hope to see/ read about the family again.
Straight fire with these characters cause they all bring the heat yes ma’am take your time cause I know when you bring them back blazing lol who I’m ready to see is lil loco cause I know he’s going to be a pistol out here in these streets thanks again for giving us another banger I’ll be waiting on the next installment
Another masterpiece! This tied together perfectly, and even though I'll miss everyone I'm content with taking a break, it was a lot going on, and I'm happy the ones that needed to go are gone! Perfect ending because it still leaves room down the line! I loved it
I can admit I wasn't really feeling the Beretta character, but Diamond has managed to turn me with this book series. I love her and Skyro s relationship. Always excited to read about the other sisters and their families. Great ending to this series, and look forward to reading about them in the future.
This was a great follow up To a beautiful saga, I love these characters And will miss reading about them. Kudos to the author I know you said it'll be a while before we Read about them again but don't take too much times sis We are all definitely fond of this crew And look forward to a follow up in a near future.
I love each series and can’t wait to read more. I feel like I’m there with them, all in, on go like Uzi, & Skyro. You’re an amazing writer. Don’t lose your spunk! Cause you had me stop in the middle of another book because I seen this book. Lol keep up the fantastic work that you do
This was a really good series. We were able to see the characters grow up. I love Puma and Scrappy. They make love look so easy. I wish Scrappy was out of the streets as well. Skyro and Baretta finally got it together. I’m glad to see they are happy. It was good to catch up on the rest of the gang as well. We need a wedding for Baretta and Puma!
I can tell you that each of these series were told so beautifully that I visualized all the characters and as I was reading all I saw was people I want to see on the big screen. I do hope you will decide to bring them to life on the big screen or television series. I cannot wait yo read more about these characters again!!!
Part three didn’t disappoint. I read it straight through without stopping. I don’t want to use any spoilers , so all I will say is that if you haven’t read this series you’re missing out on one of the best series of the year.
Now that’s a finale. This book was everything. She didn’t leave nothing unanswered! She took me on one hell of a roller coaster ride. She had me seriously worried for a minute there. Done had me all up in my feelings. Stressed my edges out. Whew Chile sensational job!
I’m gonna miss the gang. This was a great series. Loved how it touched on mental illness, having children later in life and stepping out and accomplishing your dream while still maintains that street lit feel. Good job as always Diamond.
Diamond Johnson books are bomb. You'll never be disappointed....an even bigger, plus you don't have to wait forever for the next book. I enjoyed Beretta & Skyro story. Thanks for sharing it with us!
I love Uzi. She’s such a rider! Kedra was bat shit crazy and I’m so shocked that Beretta didn’t see it. I’m glad everybody around her did though. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for the hang next
This book did a great job wrapping up this family’s story. I loved how you brought Uzi out of retirement. I thought she was going to get active, but she didn’t have too .
