David Lynch is one of the most interesting artists to me. And I think I'm not alone in this. This book is completely different from what I usually read (99 percent of what I read is fiction). And I actually think that's something I should work on. Because while a lot of things from this I've already known thanks to my interest in Lynch, it has given me a new outlook on his body of work. So what I'm trying to say is: I didn't like exactly what I expected not liking about non-fiction, but I also should read more books like these (I'll especially be reading more filmmaking books — a discipline I'd love to create in).
I still think fiction (obviously not all of it) is more worth reading. But if I'll have time and a book that would really interest me, I'll gladly return to reading something you feel reading.
