The Ultra Running handbook by Claire Maxted is a great book filled with tips, especially for the first time ultra runner.

This is a very helpful book. It’s very inspiring, I e always felt I couldn’t do an ultra, but having read this book, I feel I have the confidence to try, thank you Claire Maxted :-)
