My savior is a gorgeous Russian mafia monster with steely eyes and a savage reputation. My hottest fantasy and my worst nightmare.

I have no choice but to play the dutiful bratva bride. His touch sets my body alight, but no matter how much he gets to me, I can't risk falling for him.
Because his obsession doesn't just hurt. It kills.
Savage Beauty is book two of the Angels & Brutes series. You do not have to read book one to enjoy this story, but it will enhance the experience.
The book contains adult-orientated content from the start and throughout. Some scenes and depictions may be disturbing to some readers. Please check the trigger warnings at the start of the book for details.
Reluctant marriage - enemies to lovers - he falls first - age gap - who hurt you? - possessive hero - strong heroine - touch her and 💀
Book info: - Bratva romance - Violence - Alcohol use - Substance abuse - Death of loved one - Mention of prostitution (child and adult) - Mention of rape - Mental health rep (panic attacks, grief, depression) - No cheating, third act breakup - Omd/owd - Non-virgin MCs - HEA
Notes: - OWD1. His ex-fiancee caused some scenes in the story. They dated, but he never touched her, and he only agreed to marry this girl after he found out that Josie got engaged. Claudia was really nasty in the beginning, but she made such a character arc in the end that I ended up liking her and sympathizing with her. - OWD2. When they're looking for a wedding venue, the woman giving them the tour is openly flirting with Sasha. He didn't stop it because he wanted to push Josie's button because she kept hiding her emotions from him. When Josie snapped at the woman, he dismissed her quickly. - OMD. After that flirting scene, they went to the hotel's lobby, and there's a guy who flirts with Josie. Feeling still pissed, she indulged in his flirting attempts to get back at Sasha. 🤭 - Sasha's a huge hoe; I had to read a few reminders of it. 😑 But after seeing Josie in the first book, he said he had stayed celibate, and all other women seemed to cease exist for him. And honestly, I'm happy to know that Josie didn't. My double standard is coming through, but it is what it is. 😂 - Josie's past was heartbreaking, and I did have a hard time reading through it. She went into foster care when she was 13, left that house when she was 14, and became a child prostitute, and until the next decade. I wouldn't say I'm glad she did have a lot of experience, because her experiences and Sasha's are far too different. He did it based on carnal urges, while she did it to survive.
This turned out to be an actual good book. But I have to be honest and say that I struggled with the first half, but the second did pick up eventually, and I'm glad that I persevered and decided to see this through.
This second book was a standalone, but I think it's advisable to read the first one because that's where the MCs here met. I think Josie worked for Sasha as his assistant (?) for months, but she quit her job and decided to leave the city to seek something else. Even before, the attraction was already there between them, but Sasha had a lot going on on Bratva's side, so he let her go. This may also come off as a second chance-ish romance because they've spent months apart and only reconnected here.
When he found out that Josie was engaged and ready to tie the knot in Vegas, he decided to see her again. Josie's decision to get married was motivated more by practicality and a desire for stability in her life than by love. But her fiance was an abusive jerk, and Sasha saw him manhandling her and decided to kill the guy instead. He never told her what he had done to the fiance, and Sasha purposely got Josie drunk and married her after. And this impulsive act set off a lot of chain reactions in the succeeding chapters.
I'm honestly surprised that I ended up liking another hoe again. I already had a negative impression, but Sasha turned out to be a swoony and sweet MMC. Setting aside his previous lifestyle, he did so many thoughtful things here for Josie. I'm almost sure I wouldn't warm up to him, but he proved me wrong, and I've never been happier to be shocked. But yeah, he also did a dumb thing almost at the end; I'm just glad Josie didn't buy his lies.
As for Josie, I admire this woman, especially for the strength to move past what she went through. She was one of the strongest-willed FMCs that I've come across so far this year. I liked her sass in the beginning and the fact that she didn't throw herself immediately at Sasha. But of course, with the attraction and body-betraying stuff, she eventually gave in. This woman had fire, and even though she didn't know much about being a bratva wife, she adapted to the role far too quickly and found the courage to be Sasha's greatest ally.
A lot of things happened here; there were lies, twists, blackmailing, coercion, and revelations that I didn't see coming. Tbh, they were a little overwhelming, but in a good way, and I really enjoyed them. However, I truly hope that the villain died a slow, agonizing death—I feel like he got away with it so easily. I mean, after all that he orchestrated, he should have received a severe punishment. 🤷♀️
Overall, this was a good read, and readers have to bear with the story because the first half was really dragging, at least for me. Also, there's something about the writing style that didn't appeal to me for some reason. But like I said, I kept going to see how everything would slowly unfold in the second half. When it happened, I was just flipping through the pages so fast to know what's going to happen with the characters and the rest of the plot, and I knew it was totally worth the perseverance. 😄
Anyway, this is worth reading and recommending, imo. ❤️

Josie’s fiancée ends up indisposed during their dinner, leaving Sasha an opening to swoop in and offer her a good night on his dime, except Josie had no idea one night was all he needed to change her life forever.
This one wasn’t for me, BUT I think it would be a great read for those wanting to try out some dark romances, with a possessive obsessive man, without the elements of like dubcon/noncon.
Even though, this one may have missed the mark for me, I still enjoyed what I did read. The spice was spicing & Sasha had a way with words, but in the end I just craved something it was missing.

This is the first book I’ve read of Cara’s and I have to say I’m gonna be reading more!! I loved Sasha and Josie’s story. The mental, emotional and physical trauma that they went through was beautiful as you went through the story. How they came together and the fighting of each other that they did was “chefs kiss”
This is the second book in the series. But I feel could be read as a stand-alone. I thought Vlad, the brother from the first book, was something. Sasha is chef kiss. *Dirty talker *Disrespect my wife *He falls first The banter between Sasha and Josie and also the bedroom spice 🌶🌶🌶 I really liked the twists and turns. This book had me from the beginning. Definitely read the trigger warnings. I can't wait to read her other books.

Savage Beauty is the final book of the Angels & Brutes Series. This is the story of Sasha Kislev who is the enforcer for his family and reports to Vlad his brother the leader of the Russian Mafia. Sasha has a past that has been rocky but when he saw Josie it was love at first sight. Josie is the best friend Morgana (who is the wife of Vlad). Josie wants a simple life, so she leaves and becomes involved with Marc (a rich man) who abuses her both verbally and physically. However, by chance Sasha sees her and Marc in Las Vegas who is causing her harm. Sasha confronts Marc in the alley as he is smoking a cigar, and it ends badly for Marc.
Sasha decides to have dinner with Josie and this encounter leads to massive changes in both of their lives. The drama that comes from this encounter impacts so many people. However, Sasha is clear he wants Josie and will fight everyone who does not want this relationship. The chemistry and spice of Josie and Sasha melts the pages. Their passion is HOT!!! Both Sasha and Josie have secrets regarding their past lives that expose them to their weakness’ moments in their lives. A great deal of the story deals with them learning how to trust each other with their hard stories with each other. I really like this story.
***ARC REVIEW*** Name: Savage Beauty Author: Cara Bianchi Rate: 4.75/5🌟
~ Book 2 of the Angels & Brutes Series! Savage Beauty by Cara Bianchi focuses on Sasha’s story. This is Val’s brother. To be honest I felt like this book was a movie! Lol! But instead of a movie it was more like a good telenovela… Wink Wink 😉 It had a great amount of action, drama, and the plot… OMG! What a twist… especially when it was getting closer to the end like yes!!!! Josie FMC is Morgana’s best friend. We meet Josie in Book 1 Ruined Beauty. Now Josie and Sasha also meet in book 1 and this is when their attraction started to bloom! Like any type of crush Josie runs from those feelings since she knows what will come if she stays with Sasha, so she leaves and moves on.Time has passed and well destiny is destiny, Sasha runs into Josie and lets just say it was not in a pleasant way. Josie is a strong woman and she sure shows that throughout the book. Sasha MMC, is still a possessive, overprotected man. He is the one that if you touch what’s mine you will d!e… He will burn the world to make Josie happy. This book had the best plot twist ever, and them spicy scenes OMG, HOT HOT HOT! I enjoyed every bit of Savage Beauty more than book 1 Ruined Beauty.. But both books are great. Thank you so much Cara Bianchi for giving me the opportunity to be part of your ARC team

Wow...Wow...Wow... This one had me so on the edge of my seat with all that happened and being a ride that was chock-a-full of Wild Action, Suspense, Jaw-dropping Secrets and Shocking turns that blew me away.😍
So in this one we meet the second Kislev son and Vlad's brother, Sasha Kislev. After reading about the chemistry and also seeing something cooking between Sasha and Morgana's friend, Josie, in the previous book, made me so excited for their story. Especially after that ending where Josie goes away, I was so confused and wanted to know what would happen next.
Josie now having left everything behind including her previous job and her friend, Morgana, she's making the best of where she's at right now. But it seems like she's just traded something good for being into another fancy prison.
Josie misses her friend and what she had with Sasha which even though was unnamed yet meant something. Though she never thought how a twist of fate would bind her to the man she's always wanted albeit forcibly.
Amidst marrying Josie forcibly, convincing her to stay and the drama that's awaiting Sasha back at home, he didn't anticipate the vicious trap that was waiting for him nor did he see everything was about to be wrecked for him.
I was so freaking scared and shocked when the story took a twist. I thought there just was no way for Sasha to get out of this. Especially when not only his future but the future of the entire family and their Bratva reign was in danger.
Seriously, I was turning the pages like crazy, not believing what was happening.
The Action and the secrets and revelations had my mind spinning and I freaking devoured this heck of an action packed ride.
I really loved how perfectly Sasha and Josie compliment each other when one's flaws are beautifully understood by the other while also having admiration for the people they are today and what they had to go through to be here.
Not to mention their filthy times together lit my Kindle on fire and were seriously 🔥🔥
Definitely a must read rollercoaster ride that will keep you turning the pages with loads of Suspense, thrilling twists, 🔥🥵 times and a love that will melt your hearts. What a ride. Loved loved this one.❤️❤️❤️❤️
If you like the dark, tortured, mafia (morally gray and violent) tropes, you'll like this one.
Sasha is a made man, second in command to his Bratva boss and big brother, Vlad. These guys live and breath the lifestyle and Sasha is 100% loyal and devoted to his family, nothing coming between them, until he falls hard for Josie.
After reading the blurb, I wasn't expecting Josie. She was a character that's been hardened by a rough childhood, learning early on that no one can be trusted, love is a risk she isn't willing to take and if she wants to leave her painful past behind her, she's willing to do it by any means necessary.
Which is how she finds herself engaged to a toad who treats her like an object rather than a living breathing person. In a weird turn of events, Sasha witnesses the harsh treatment at the hands of her fiance and takes matters into his own hands to save her.
Of course this opens a whole can of worms for these love birds, least of all, Sasha's broken engagement to another mafia family's daughter.
Savage Beauty is packed with intrigue, romance, betrayal and revenge. There is also strong family ties, interesting secondary characters and a hero who falls first and falls hard for his heroine.
I voluntarily read and reviewed a copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

“In our marriage, it works like this: My wife likes something. I do not. We compromise […] And moya zhena gets what she wants. That’s how it’s going to be, now and always.”
This is book two within the Angels and Brutes series, and focuses on Sasha’s story. Sasha is Vlad’s brother and second hand within the Bratva. Josie has left everything behind, trading one fancy prison for another during her life of being a call girl. These two have an absolutely sizzling chemistry from the first time they've crossed paths but you can sense between the two when the reunite, but the Josie is set to marry someone else this rattles Sasha when he finds out by running into each other coincidentally
“Only a fool would fail to worship you as you deserve, zolotse. And I’m nobody’s fool except yours.”
The passion and possessiveness Sasha has for Josie is melt your heart worthy, matched with Josie’s sassiness that provides a strong and outspoken FMC that isn’t afraid to put her foot down and stand up for herself when Sasha becomes too much. Together, these two made the perfect match of fire and ice and created an enchanting read while enthralling you with their love.
This story read like a beautiful novel packed full of action, drama and steam. I did not read the first book in the series before reading this one and found myself fine without the slight introduction of chemistry between the two in the first book that I read quickly after to learn Morgana’s story.
I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of Savage Beauty as it told the story of Josie and Sasha. Both come from different worlds and yet they both have several things in common, such as a history involving drugs and the loss of a parent. However, the thing that they have most in common is that they both feel like they aren't worthy of love, yet they both love hard. There is already an attraction between the two, but neither of them has acted on it. Sasha's need to protect Josie soon amplifies their situation when he swoops in and saves her from marrying a man who doesn't love her and is abusive, only for him to then marry her himself. While he professes it was just to avoid an arranged marriage, the author's use of dual POV allows us to see his inner thoughts, and we know that he loves her before he ever admits it out loud. They fit so well together; their chemistry is electric, and their spicy times sizzle, especially with Sasha's sinful mouth and the dirty words he whispers. Their marriage is the catalyst for a lot of drama, and although as a reader we can see Sasha is trying to act out of love for his family and Josie and that he wants to protect them, his methods are all wrong, causing some real angsty moments as he hurts the ones he cares about. Lies, deceit, and manipulation had me on tenterhooks as I waited to see how things played out for Sasha and Josie. There were several moments where the author teased us with a glimmer of hope only to snatch it away again, but overall, I loved how everything turned out in the end.
This is book 2 in this series and it had me captivated from the beginning and a worthy sequel to book 1. This is Sasha and Josie's romance and I adore them, you will have come across them in book 0ne. These two have chemistry and attraction but nothing is happening between them,it is obvious there is something between them...It is evident that they only have eyes for eachother. But Sasha is stalling and misses his chance letting Josie slip through his fingers...and when he discovers that Josie is set to marry someone else,it shakes him up. Josie has had a very difficult life so far and she craves stability and security so agrees to marry a man she doesn't love or even like. But the financial safety he can give her is better than the life she is living and having nothing.PLUS the man she wants won't admit that he wants her and she can't wait for him.So she doesn't expect Sasha interfering and making an offer of marriage she can't refuse. Sasha has a darkness within him he is possessive and formidable, but he has a sweet side when it comes to Josie. The way he adores that woman will make you swoon,I loved him Josie is his perfect match she is sassy and stands up for herself against Sasha when he becomes too much. Cara Bianchi has written an enthralling story that is perfect for Sasha and Josie and it was a pleasure to read about them falling in love. An enchanting read. loved it. 5 stars.

I’ve been wanting Sasha and Josie’s book since I was introduced to them in Vladi and Morgana’s book Ruined Beauty. You don’t have to read Ruined Beauty, but it helps to get to know the side characters and a bit of backstory.
Sasha is the second born son, the “spare” as he calls it. He’s impulsive and has always lived by the seat of his pants, leaping before he looked. Josie has a plan. Knowing nothing but poverty and abuse from men her entire life, and only wanting Sasha but doesn’t think he wants her back, she accepts an engagement from a complete asshole in exchange for financial security. She can’t stand her fiancé but agrees to marry him because in a way, he’s safe. She stands no chance of him breaking her heart, and she also gets to live comfortably. Sasha catches him being rough with her and disposes of him and forces Josie to marry him instead in a Vegas chapel. This upsets the kommisiya and the Bratva because he was already in an arrangement with another mafia guy for marriage to his daughter. Shenanigans ensue.
This book was all the things! Josie is a badass and didn’t take Sasha’s BS. The banter was A+, the spicy bits were so hot, and the way they both fall head over heels was the best part. The ending showed what kind of woman Josie was, and you can’t help but love her for it. She became the poster woman for “stand by your man” come hell or high water. Sasha showed his devotion to his wife and family. I also loved seeing Vladi and Morgana again.

Part of the Angels & Brutes series each can be read as a standalone with a brute and the one who captures his undivided attention so make sure to double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love along the way. Josie is a sweetheart but abused being forced into an arranged marriage to man who doesn’t see her worth, she knows the moment she marries he will abuse, break her emotionally, mentally, physically in ever way but she doesn’t see a way out especially when all she can think about is the man she met and finally when she is saved hoping for a little peace of mind and to feel safe. Sasha sexy as get out brother to Vlad whom we met in book one he is just as dangerous, ruthless, deadly every day and meeting the one woman who stayed with him thoughts, dreams knowing he let her slip through his fingers but finding out she is being forced to marry not on his watch …nope. When he rescues her he is over possessive in a good way showing her that she can have it all, he will do anything, everything to ensure her safety, to give her everything she ever wanted, but when danger comes will he still be standing by her side as promised, will this be the last man to use, to abuse her, will they realize they are stronger together, and can she finally get her fairytale HEA given to her by her dream man?
Cara Bianchi’s second book in the Angels and Brutes Series, Savage Beauty, is the story of Josephine Bartlett, a young woman who is saved from an abusive arranged marriage, only to be forced into another marriage by her savior, Sasha Kizlev, a man even more possessive and obsessed with her than her former fiancé. This story packs an emotional and romantic wallop, is extremely hot, steamy, and tore me up with Josie’s childhood and belief of her worth in the world, as well as the role Sasha was forced to play to save himself, Josie, his brother, the rest of his family, and their loyal staff at the hands of a man so twisted with hatred and the need for revenge that the truth of what happened is inconsequential. The character portrayals by Ms. Bianchi are wonderful, and run the gamut from the sweetest soul inhabiting the planet (Josie’s best friend/Vlad’s wife) to the blackest hearts (Josie’s foster father, and Sasha’s father) cruel serial abusers of women and children. I was on the edge of my seat throughout the entire novel, fearful of what was to come, my stomach in knots and my heart heavy with worry and empathy! I could not put this book down and I did not want it to end!! You MUST read this novel!! Absolutely wonderful!
Sasha and Josie’s story is not your typical forced marriage. It’s a story about safety and figuring out how to really love again after so much loss. It’s about a Bratva second-in-command turning his life inside out to protect the girl that stole his heart to moment he saw her. It just might have taken him a bit to understand that. It’s also about a girl who has an unpleasant past understanding that safety maybe looks a little different than what she thought it did.
There are a lot of twists and turns in this book and many of them I didn’t see coming. I liked this book much better than the first one and definitely recommend you give it a read. I almost skipped out on it because I just wasn’t a fan of Vladimir’s book; however, I am very glad I didn’t miss out. The ending wasn’t what I expected and the spice is good. I think this might be the first time I think it goes a little too in depth but that’s all personal preference. Overall it’s a great read. It is a standalone that is interconnected so you can start with this one if you choose to, you just might miss a little back story regarding Sasha's parents and the relationship between all the kids and the parents.
-mafia -friends to lovers -age gap -forced marriage
This is the second book in the series, and it was truly exceptional. It presents more unexpected developments than one might encounter in a maze. The narrative is filled with action, emotional depth, captivating elements, and romance. The story centers around Sasha and Josie.
Josie's upbringing was quite challenging, leading her to adopt survival strategies, including working as a call girl. Despite these experiences, she was determined not to be defined by them. This also unfortunately led her to believe that men are inherently inclined to exploit and mistreat women. She alsondeels unlovable.
Sasha holds the position of second in command to his brother, who is the Pakhan. However, Sasha has often felt overlooked, particularly due to his father's actions that seemed to create a rivalry between him and his brother. This situation has led him to experience feelings of inadequacy in various aspects of his life.
OMG, this book is full of swoon-worthy moments, and Sasha is totally book boyfriend material! The new bedroom and bath scene is my fave.
This book does delve into some sensitive subjects, so please be mindful of any potential triggers.
This is Cara Bianchi's Savage Beauty Book 2 of Angels & Brutes. Sasha and Josie's story. Sasha Kislev is the enforcer for his family and he is just as dangerous as his brother Vlad who is the leader of the Russian Mafia and we met in Book 1. When Sasha and Josie met they were attracted to each other from the very start. Josie wasn't going to wait any longer for Sasha to make a move, so she left and he regretted it. Now she is back and engaged to Marc Bonneville. Josie doesn't love him, she just wants financial security. Sasha rescues Josie from her abusive fiancée and up coming marriage to Marc. Sasha always gets what he wants. He is protective and possessive of Josie. This book contains secrets, violence, action, twists and turns. Exciting read.

Book Two in the Angels and Brutes series. If you have read the previous works of this author, then as a reader, you clearly know what to expect from this story.
Because if dark romance, with a possessive and obsessive MMC, is your thing, then you are in for an absolute treat.
One night was all it took for Sasha to swoop in and change Josie’s life forever.
Cara takes real-life situations and intersects them to create a story, one that deals with mental, emotional, and physical topics. Despite what Sasha and Josie went through, they found their silver lining, which was poignant yet beautiful.
Yet they faced challenges from others who did not want there relationship to be, they fought and won, and it was clear that there chemistry, and I would be remiss in saying the spice was hotter that hot, was undeniable.
Secrets always have a way of coming out, exposing Sasha and Josie in their weakest moments made them all the more stronger, despite trust being an issue, they learn to be better versions of themselves.
Highly recommend both the author and the book.
I received an ARC. Therefore, I'm voluntarily submitting a review.
I enjoyed this second book in the Angels & Brutes series but not as much as the first book Ruined Beauty!!! Hence why it gets 4 stars from me.
This is Josie and Sasha's story we meet them briefly in book one ( Josie being Morgan's friend and Sasha being Vlad's brother ) so now we get to see these two blossom 🌸. These two have chemistry and it does really jump off the page at you. Sasha lets Josie slip through his fingers and when he finds out she is set to marry someone else it really makes him realise that he wants Josie. Josie bless her she's had a difficult life and all she wants is to be loved and cared for, can Sasha be that for her? Urgh the way Sasha comes to her rescue when he finds out she's been forced to marry a guy she doesn't even love or care about...... honestly swoon!!! The way he looks after her and cares for her 🔥 they are perfect for each other. It was good to see other characters back from the first book! Such a really good series yes another slow burner but please don't hesitate to download this series!!
Ooh yes!! Sasha! This man surprised me and I couldn’t help but fall for him. Everything he does is with his wife’s best interests first and who can argue with that?! Josie really is the perfect match for him. As much as she has her own strength and determination it’s reinforced by Sasha and watching the woman she grows into is beautiful. These two have insane chemistry too. I’m all for a book that keeps me on my toes (which this absolutely did!) but I’m a sucker for a book that has witty banter and well rounded characters that really bounce off each other. Let me tell you this book has that! In fact Cara Bianchi more than delivers on this front and if it’s possible each book keeps getting better and better. I feel like these are my kind of people with their dark and dry humour and right now i’m honestly living my best life with these characters in their world. I can’t wait for more!!
This is my first book book from Cara Bianchi and I have to say it was way better than expected. The Blurb grabbed my attention! Who doesn't like a forced marriage, that later makes these enemies to lovers?!
This Russian Dark Mafia Romance was GREAT! It was full of twist in turn for this couple where Sasha falls for Josie so quick he becomes obsessed but will refuse to admit it. One night is all it takes for their lives to change and will cause some differences of options within their circles.
*I will suggest for readers to reads possible trigger warning as to there is some troubled past and situations that might cause them to arise.*
If your like a DARK HOT SPICY ROMANCE this is your BOOK! It's full of HOT STEAMY PASION between the Sasha and Josie!
( This is an ARC review, thanks you so much for my copy. The above review contains my hones opinion and thought. Hope you enjoy. 🖤)
This one has been an interesting start for me. It is possible that this is because, admittedly, I didn’t read the first book first, but I will be going back and doing that! This is my first book by this author and after reading what the book was about, I felt like this book was something I would definitely pick up to read! Plus we share the same name! So this is an arranged/forced marriage trope and I think what makes this one different from others I've read is the writing. I got hooked and couldn’t put this book down! I loved Sasha and Josie together and despite Sasha's dark side, he did have a softer side when it came to Josie. I enjoyed the storyline and I was on tenterhooks with my heart in my throat the whole way through! A thoroughly enjoyable story and you can be absolutely sure I will be reading more from this author! Well done and thank you!
This is the second book in this series, and this is Sasha and Josie’s story. Sasha is an obsessive, possessive, controlling, and is a Russian mafia boss, who has a reputation of being feared and savage. Josie is sassy, and has had a tough life, and she craves stability and security, is she is more than capable of standing up for herself. These two have crossed paths’ before, and Sasha comes to her rescue from her violent fiancé, but he has his own agenda, and that is to marry Josie. This is a well written story which is a dark romance, and is an enemies / lover’s slow burn, with emotions, an age gap, physical and emotional trauma, forced marriage, and love, which leads to an entertaining and steamy addictive page turner. Be aware of the trigger warning due to the sensitive content! I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
This is the second book in the Angel and Brutes duet by Cara Bianchi! This book was such an easy read for me because Sasha and Josie’s relationship and chemistry were so good!!
Josie has led a life where her body was the only form of income for her. Her mother had passed and she was sent into the foster system.
Sasha was one of the top dogs in the Bratva, as his brother was the leader of his family. He is impulsive and chaotic but he also has a background that wasn’t pretty at all.
These two together were amazing. Josie brings out the best in Sasha. While Sasha also gives Josie that sense of security and safety for her.
I think this book would be a good introduction to a dark romance! It’s such an easy read and it’s hard not to fall in love with the characters and their worlds! I would definitely ready more from Cara Bianchi!
✨✨ONE UNSTOPPABLE THRILL✨✨ Cheeky chica's Cam! Cara delivers with this enticingly skillful, artfully seductive and sinfully provocative, spinning this puppy into a whirlwind with a life-altering finale. Escapades and havoc run amuck, escalating the deadly twists and stunning turns, while observing the tormenting trials and turbulent tribulations ensuing. The scorching attraction and smouldering chemistry are off-the-charts, high-octane and combustible. The characters are spot-on authentic with separate distinctions and engaging attributes, exposing charismatic personalities, adding depth and range, playing off one another beautifully. The scenarios are spot-on realistic and vividly picturesque, while graphically depicted, portraying excellent world-building insight, bringing every scene to life beautifully. Fabulous job Cara, thanks for sharing this amazing treat with us.
This was one of the worst written books I've ever read.
The plot made absolutely no sense, it was apparently a slow burn romance? But they were saying I love you at like 52%.
All the characters made me want to rip my eyes out, and honestly I am so sick of meddling family members in books that don't face any consequences at all.
Also a major spoiler but her mother being alive at the end of the book was the most stupidest twist and made no sense. Also it's just breezed over that the FMC is a survivor of child prostitution and used as insults towards her.
The OWD is simply useless to the story and she's only brought in to help save the day and is immediately forgiven for everything.
I saw this on tiktok and regret saving it. I really wish I didn't read this, but I had to finish this book to see if it got better, which it obviously didn't.

Absolutely PERFECT! That’s the only way to describe this book, Sasha, and Josie. I loved everything about it. Everything Sasha did for Josie was beautiful. I loved the wedding he planned for her, it was romantic, sweet, and fit her perfectly. His love and devotion for her shined through with everything he did for her and it was so beautiful to see. And the freaking sex was hot between them! By the end Josie had just as much of a dirty mouth as Sasha! I even liked the little bit of drama Claudia caused, but she definitely redeemed herself in the end. Cara did a phenomenal job writing their story and it was well worth the wait. She’s a fantastic writer who portrays her characters wonderfully. I am so excited to see what comes next for this family!
Sasha is the second brother in the bratva; a spare if you will. His father never paid him much mind unless it was to teach his older brother a lesson. And he can’t seem to forget about Josie and date happens to put her directly in his path.
Josie left a year ago and is back, getting ready to get married when she and Sasha cross paths. A drunken night ends with her fiancé dead and a marriage to Sasha.
But now the Italian mafia wants a favor, since Sasha was supposed to marry the Dons daughter. But this favor is actually deeper than it seems. While it’s trying to tear Sasha’s family apart, it also brings him closer to Josie.
If you are a fan of Russian Mafia, steamy capture romances, then this one if for you!
