It only took one spark. One spark and now you get to watch everything you love burn.
I am loving this authors work and this novella has to be my favourite so far! I threw everything I was doing to one side when I got my hands on this book and I fell into their world for several hours. Aiden and Tempest were, as the title so clearly states, an inferno. They were spice and chemistry and utter chaos together and I was here for it! They both had the saddest backstories that made them into the strong MCs they are in this book, and whilst my heart hurt for them, I lived for how impermeable they each were and how the other balanced them out perfectly. I am not going to spoil anything, but know going in that to heed the trigger warnings, and prepare for one heck of a ride! Despite being a novella, it felt like a full-blown developed story, full of good plot twists and character development and I really enjoyed every moment! Overall highly recommend this as a great dark romance palette cleanser full of spice and sass!

This novella did not disappoint! I absolutely loved it -- it was dark & kinky, and a quick read! Even though it is a novella, it felt like a full-blown book. Everything was written so well! Tempest and Aiden both had some sad backstories, but I believe that made them the strong characters that they were. I loved how Tempest and Aiden met, and then the plot twist...OMG! Tempest's relationship with her little sister was so sweet. I love the Halloween vibez and scare actors! I highly recommend this book if you are looking for something dark, quick, and spicy!

Ok one I freaking love books with Halloweenish vibes and scare actors! And two this book was freaking amazing! Super fast paced and easy to read! Overall I would give it a 2.5-3/5 on spice.

Rating: ★★★½ (3.5 - 4 stars)
Okay, so Inferno was one of those quick, refreshing reads you pick up thinking it’ll be simple—and it is in many ways—but it still pulls you in with some unexpectedly great moments.
Let’s start with the storyline: it's your classic step-sibling dynamic, and while that trope can be deliciously dramatic, here it felt a bit flat. The plot itself could’ve been developed more deeply. I kept waiting for it to go somewhere bigger, but it stayed pretty surface-level.
But the side characters? Oh my god—amazing. Gwen (the FMC’s sister), the MMC’s friend, the aunt,the adopted kids in the grandparents’ home? All of them were so much more layered and compelling than I expected. Honestly, I would’ve read an entire spin-off just for them.
Now let’s talk about the spice—because it’s GOOD. Like, really good. And the man? Absolutely unhinged. I mean that in the best way. He’s not just obsessed—he’s seriously obsessed. That intense, borderline-crazy kind of devotion that makes dark romance readers swoon. And the female lead? Strong, fierce, and held her ground beautifully.
Only complaint? The ending felt way too sudden. I was gearing up for more—expecting another 100 pages at least—but then bam, it was over. I reached the last 13-15 pages and realized, wait, that’s it? I wasn’t ready to say goodbye.
The mother? Total villain vibes. Hated her. The father, on the other hand, was such an underrated, well-written character.
Overall, I’d say Inferno is a fast-paced, steamy, and slightly chaotic read. If you want something intense but not too heavy, this one delivers. With a stronger plot and maybe another 100 pages, this could’ve been a solid 5. For now, I’d place it around 3.5 to 4Stars

🖤 This was such a good novella! I absolutely loved both Tempest and Aiden, and their relationship. It starts off rocky, she hates him and he needs her to hate him, but slowly you see their hatred transform into love and it is the sexiest and most cutest thing. They are both super stubborn and badass, and I loved the small acts of rebellion that Tempest does against her mom. GO BADASS GODDESS!!! There’s not much more I can say without spoiling other than, it had me hooked from page 1 and I devoured every single second of it up.

When I say I was following @authord.sabia after she first released news of this book know that I really mean stalking 😅 I was watching her Insta, Facebook, Amazon, etc. I had to have it and when I was I missed the ARC window I was devastated 😭 but she delivered and so did this book.
Aiden knows exactly what that mouth can do and if his words won’t convince you then he’ll take what he wants by force. He was utterly obsessed with Tempest when their eyes met and even finding out that they were going to be step siblings did not dissuade him from pursuing her. Like a moth to a flame, Tempest was hard pressed to fight her attraction either. There are several sweet moments in this story BUT the trigger list is a page long 😅 Aiden is not the knight in shining armor, but the monster lurking under your bed.

Both Tempest and Aiden had deeply traumatic pasts. While their parents decide to get married quickly, it throws both of their lives into chaos. Aiden knows he can’t resist his attraction to her, so he feels the only thing he can do is make her hate him.
For a novella this definitely packed a punch. I didn’t want to put it down, and every page kept me intrigued.
I was hooked from the beginning, and I’ll definitely be reading more books from this author. I would love more of

Ummmm girl what did you put in this NOVELLA? Okay first off I’m in love with Aiden, he’s the perfect little psycho with a dirty mouth!😈 I really enjoyed this story, it had the perfect amount of plot, and background story of Aiden & Tempest and a whole lot of spice🥵
The way these two meet is fun, and gives off total spooky vibes and I’m here for it. Our little psycho Aiden cannot stay away from his little storm, at every corner he finds her and he takes what he wants. Tempest hates him and he wants her to hate him, because he can’t help but cause her little pain with her pleasure. I appreciate that they both are stubborn & defiant when it comes to their parents, and my little heart breaks for them and the past that haunts them. I absolutely loved when she finally gave into him and he took it with a smile on his face. They were so hot, and this definitely has some kinky shenanigans. There are some very sweet gestures and moments we get between them and I was giggling. I love my men psycho but sweet, and Aiden is definitely that😈
I devoured this in one sitting, such a good quick read. Amazing spice! I questioned myself for really enjoying some of these scenes 😂 but they were so good.
I’m only sad because I want more🖤

Ahh that was a freaking amazing!!! I cannot believe I finished it in three hours. Love how they met at a haunted attraction made my spooky heart so happy. Also, sad with both of their backstories.Tempest and Aiden are both such stubborn characters but watching them come together was so freaking perfect and spicy!!!!

This book is definitely not for the faint of heart. Dark doesn’t seem adequate enough to describe the inexplicable game Aiden plays with Tempest. Despite his attraction, he sets out to make her hate him and by extension, most of the readers who will read this book. I thought he was a complete assh*le and didn’t really understand his reasoning at all. Aiden is definitely not book boyfriend material (unless you’re into psychos) and the way he treated Tempest, not to mention what he did, could never redeem him in my eyes, even when he did a complete 180 and accepted his feelings for her. Tempest’s mom was another character that was hard to like, though there were certain extenuating circumstances for her behavior, but never to the extent that excused the way she treated her children and the way she and Tempest reconciled at the end seemed a bit too easy from my perspective. It’s a brilliantly written book set at a breakneck pace, so it’s a quick read, but beware, it packs a mighty punch!

OH. MY. GOD. once again, absolutely incredible read. The way they first met, OBSESSED. Be sure to check triggers. I loved it so much, Tempest and Aiden were something else. And the nickname 'Little Storm' one of the cutest nicknames I've ever read. This book was so good, from beginning to end i was hooked. I loved Aiden so much it's insane. I'm pretty sure I loved him much more than I should have, however, I don't care. Her mother was a (something I can't say on amazon), I did not like her. But seriously, the stepsibling trope, never disappoints.

I enjoyed reading this book. It is a dark book so make sure you read the trigger warnings first. This book is truly HOT! I had a hard time putting it down. A definite page turner. If you enjoy dark books, you should read this one. It is so good!.
