I found this book to very simplistic and easy to follow and understand. I loved the fact that it has a meal plan and recipes to go along with it. The pictures of the dishes were another bonus for me as well. The Dash Diet book is filled with information that helps you get started and makes it a great resource to have on hand to fall back on. I am volunteering to leave a review for an ARC of this book.
This cookbook was great for easy dishes for anyone not just those looking to lower their BP, but anyone wanting to find somewhere to start eating better. There are several dishes that I tried that the whole family enjoyed and every ingredient is easy to find and the recipes are not complicated at all.
