Though he hasn't been there long, James has been working hard to establish a new life on Terra. Already, he has made friends and enemies in abundance, as well as met a few folk who could be either. His struggle to balance his duties as Hel's Champion with those of a knight in the Seelie Court continues to take centre stage, while his personal goal of finding a means to pay Hrein's bride price is never far from his mind.

Like James, Hrein is also fighting to find her place. Her feelings and sense of duty often conflict, as she must serve her new master in ways she had never imagined. Will her heart continue to waver? Or will she take solace in surrendering to her bonds?

Join James and Hrein as they continue to explore the mystical world of Terra, and grow stronger with each obstacle they overcome.

Great story and well told. Clever blending of culture's with different historical pantheons.
Less stat sheet is more so the author did met his stated goal in the afterward. I've always been of the believe that stat sheets have a place in the genre by helping to define the system mechanics for the reader, but most fall into the trap of to much stat sheet ending up being padding (repetitive unnecessary information) that simply lengthens the page count. Congrats to Mr. Harrie for avoiding that trap. This story is well enough conceived and executed that it could survive w/o the stat sheets and that should be the goal of every author in the genre.

Once again, this author produces a work where the MC enslaves women and then gets off torturing them. The enslaved eventually love this and the author justifies this because he gives them a choice. Basically death or slavery.

The biggest problem I have, the author does NOT make this clear in the blurb of the book. The author claims that this is because he fears Amazon will make the book less searchable or viable for readers to find. The dishonesty or lack of transparency ends up waisting peoples time or getting past guardians.

Entertaining Read

James and his harem work and fight together to strengthen their family and further Titania's Kingdom. The goal is to increase the population of the kingdom and better the economy. I like the action, humor, and romance. I look forward to the next book.

Keeps building

Two for two have enjoyed the writing style, The story, the background world development and building. Great use of game mechanics without the go-to system genre. Looking forward to the next few books.
