I thought this was a good book. It was also another good addition to the Love Sync Mates Series. This is a book about fated mates so their relationship moves at warp speed. Ian, a tiger shifter receives a call from a wrong number from a guy called Grayson who was ringing to set up a job interview. After Grayson dumps a whole lot of information on him about why he really needs the job. Ian goes to ask Grayson out for coffee but is hung up on. Ian then receives a few more calls with the wrong number, trying to also set up an interview. Ian decides to contact the company to try and find the correct information, when he finally gets ahold of someone he notices that the number is only one digit off his number, so he decides to contact Grayson telling him the correct number so he can ring, since he’d been contacted multiple times with the same issue.
It was so nice of Ian to do that for a stranger and then when Grayson was a bit down about the number of calls Ian received, Ian told him that if he rings now he’ll be able to get in first before the others. Grayson texts Ian telling him that he wants to give him some brownie’s as a thank you for his help. This starts their flirty banter, that turned into a coffee date which turned into so much more as Ian recognised that Grayson was his fated mate when they met. I thought it was cool that Grayson had a dream about Ian’s tiger before actually knowing about Ian’s other side. It was possibly due to their half formed bond, as Grayson bit Ian without knowing what it meant. Ian had to hold his beast back, as he wouldn’t bond them fully together without Grayson knowing the truth. I’m looking forward to reading the spin-off, Dial M for Mates Series next. I’d recommend this book, series and authors to others.
