By now, you know that these Inferno boys will be the death of me!!!
I adore these men and the secrets they're hiding...
I adore how unapologetical sneaky and brutal they are.
I adore how they can persuade their women without apologies or questions...
But what I adore more is the women that are entering their lives!!! They are their equals in every way and together, they are blowing my head!!!
I just adore this clever series by Lily White, and I am so happy that she is back on giving us the rest of these intense and magnificent creatures!!!

The time for Damon's turn had come... and what a turn was that!!!
To be honest here, I was more invested on Ezra in 'Violence" than his twin, Damon and I even felt that I neglected him... But I was so wrong thinking like that because of the woman who was standing between them...
In here, we got to see Damon in all his angry glory, but anger wasn't the only thing that was ruling his life... This man was full of scars inside out and I just wanted to heal him...
And finally, we saw what was happening these damning weekends away with the twins' father and I wanted to kill the man all over again for that!!!

Enter to the picture Ames or Blue, a girl that we met in the previous book and the deal is changing...
Damon is becoming obsessed with the blue haired dancer in Myth and she is slowly and steadily becoming his breath of life, his escape from his myriads of problems...
Unfortunately, that won't keep going for a long time since Ames is entering his other world and she is turning everything upside down....
These two have the same scars and as much as they want to stay away from each other, it is not possible. So what will happen after all???

I liked this couple very much!!!
I liked seeing Damon stop pinning after Emily and to start building without even realizing it, something unique and beautiful with Blue...
I liked seeing Ames let go and embrace the force that Damon Cross was!!!
They became each other's calm when everything around them was falling apart...
They were so perfect together!!!

Yes, I am in love with this series and these characters and we have four more inferno boys to go... and I couldn't be more exciting for that!!!
Each story is a different one, but all the stories are interconnected and I can not wait to see where all these mysteries and secrets will lead us...
Lily White had built this series so masterfully together and the suspense is literally killing me...
I can not wait for Taylor's turn and his little hacker... One taste at the end of Anger made me wild for their turn!!!

Worthy of 10 stars!
After all the struggles to get this book finished Damon’s story is here, and frankly well worth the wait.
This is book 5 and it CANNOT be read as a standalone. The author has masterfully created this complex dark world with these nine beautiful misfits and their partners that is totally captivating.

Just like the author, Damon persevered! He had to tell his story! He’s the angry one. The one haunted by secrets, consumed by the demons chasing him. Hiding his scars, biding his time… for what?

Well paced, and riveting, this story drew me in from page one and I couldn’t stop reading! The build up, the suspense, the mystery surrounding these characters and how they’re all connected.
The heart wrenching dialogue between Damon and Blue kept me on the edge of my seat. A unique blend of rage and passion develops between them creating a seductive slow burn romance. It’s hard to describe until you read it and say oooh, I see!

In this installment, we get to spend quality time with Damon. He’s explosive, ready to kill, yet there’s a vulnerability that finally we get to see thanks to Blue. He becomes consumed by her and can’t stay away even though he’s conflicted due to his past.
We finally find out what happened all those years ago during those dreadful weekends away with his twin brother and his father.

In fact, each book has to be read slowly and carefully as each story line and character bleeds into the next. The author methodically gives you hints and offers up nuggets about each character and what is going on with their families.
But with every secret disclosed more questions arise.
Why the importance of that thumb drive.
What’s in those computers?
My curiosity is at an all time high needing to know what happens next!

I simply adore this series and and this author. Lily can do no wrong and this book was PHENOMENAL.
I was so excited for Damon's story and Liky delivered.
The slow burn and the chemistry, all of it was just mesmerizing.
Please make sure to read the series in order for the best experience! I am so glad I am back into this world.

The only book I loved in this whole series is violence(Ezra’s book) and that’s why I was sooo excited to read Anger i.e Damon’s book. Well, ofc I am disappointed, didn’t like this book much but the one thing that always stood out for me , even in this book , is the strong bond between Ezra and Damon. Ahh love ‘em twins 😭💕

I couldn’t wait to read Damon and Ame’s story. Since reading Ezra’s story I was intrigued on what really happened to the twins when their dad would take them for those weekends that everyone wonder what would go on.

I really loved Ame’s since meeting her in Heresy’s story. And being friends with Brinley, we get to really find out who she is and what is up with her past.
At first I have to say I was hating Damon for the way he was treating Blue since he was taking out his anger on her when it should have been directed to Emily. But little by little he kept redeeming himself, specially when he finally opens up to Blue about his past. Have it say I didn’t expect all that happened to him was an understatement. We finally learn what really happened to William the twins father, which I was happy to see he got what he deserved at the end.

Now the ending was a cliffhanger for the next book!!! I can’t wait for Taylor and Hannibal story and what’s next with the servers.

Highly anticipated read for me!! I loved Violence so much and I knew I’d love Damon. He is a bruised and broken boy that you just want to wrap up in your arms and love. And Ames was headstrong and so perfect to match all of Damon’s angry energy!

The universe shoved us together, and our scars entangled, making it impossible for us to pull apart.

Lily is one of my favorites and she continues to check every box with this series! I can’t wait for Greed!

Holy cow!

The secrets and lies! I cannot believe how these books are unfolding and leading up to each other!

Damon and Blue…I think they just became my favorite couple! Damon is so angry and raw but Blue knows how to cool him and mend his damaged soul.

This book kept me turning the pages wanting to know what’s going to happen next!

This series is amazing and I encourage everyone to read it!

My God. The chemistry. The anticipation. The combustion.

Love, love, love Damon and Ames. Best couple of the series without a doubt. The hottest couple by far. I'm obsessed with them!

The overarching storyline doesn't move much because their story runs in tandem with the timeline of the previous two books. But that ending just shot us forward, and I can't wait for the next one!

When I started this series I had it in my head that the games the Inferno guys played with others in high school would carry thru with all these guys. I now realize that was Tanner’s way of catching his girl. Every guy has a different strategy for attracting a woman. The game is different yet it’s still a game. I keep measuring each book with the first one which knocked it out of the park.

Twins are usually inseparable, yet Lily White separated Ezra and Damon long enough for him to find himself someone who can ease the anger. I think readers will approve of who Lily White matched with Damon. Amélie is a dancer with her own demons to battle. She’s a fierce fighter herself who knows Damon is going through something. She’s willing to standby his side.

It’s a good read. I’ve been following the series from the beginning. I enjoy the comfort this series provides. No matter how much time passes between books it’s easy to start another. Having been familiar with these guys it’s like that friendship that withstands all the time without communicating in between.

Lily White has done it again, she has delivered characters the reader will love and have them cheering for their HEA!
Damon and Ames are the most unlikely duo, both of them damaged and broken, but once they find their rhythm those pieces lock together in a perfectly whole style that is unique and their own.
I am always alarmed and surprised with everything Damon and his twin Ezra have been through, especially at the hands of people who are supposed to protect and defend them, not harm them or encourage fighting against each other. How they have survived is a blessing and shock.
Amelie is a young woman who is just trying to make it through this life the best she can, without running and hiding. Dance is her safe place, the only place where she can be lost to the music and nothing else, until Damon crashes into her life.
But that ending, I need to know what happened!

I really enjoyed how the players in the game (of this ever developing mysterious plot) got changed up near the end. I am very curious if some new characters that were introduced, will play a bigger role with future books as well.

Although this book didn’t quite grab my attention as the previous books, I believed it was well told. And completely necessary for Damon to work out what he needed to work out mentally. I’m looking forward to Taylor’s book next and getting one step closer to having answers to all the building questions🖤🩶!

Where to begin? The twins captured my heart since the beginning and to finally get Damon’s book, this was so much more that I was expecting.

The burn between the characters, their connection was incredible. For sure Lily White knows how to write dark romance with a twist and this book was no different from the others in the series.

You can totally read this as a standalone I totally recommend you read the previous books in the series.

Damon's the angry one in his circle, hence the nickname. He's got demons and needs someone to calm him and ground him, to bring him into the light so to speak. He finds her in a sassy dancer named Amélie (Blue). She's got her own demons but they seem to complement each other.



This story - whew! True to his nickname, Damon has a lot of scars and a damaged soul, so is pure anger. But there's something about Blue that he can't get past. Though they can't stand each other for seemingly good reasons, there was no other way they could have ended up than how they did, and I was rooting them on. I've waited a long time to read Damon's story, and it was more than worth the wait. There weren't a lot of answers to the main storyline arc, but Blue and Damon definitely answer their own questions. There are 4 more guys left, so I'm anxiously awaiting the next one to fall.

This is the fifth book in the Antihero Inferno Series. You really should read the first four books, Treachery, Fraud, Violence, and Heresy before you read this book. They are all interconnected to the main story that carries throughout these books. This is the story of Ames and Damon. He is certainly and angry guy. He has really been through the ringer of darkness and terrible things growing up with his twin Ezra. He fell in love one time, or so he thought and she broke his heart. Now she has come back but is with his brother and that really stings. When he sees Ames at Myth dancing in her cage he is really drawn to her. She helps to calm him down and he never thought he would have that outside of Emily. This is the story of them fighting their feelings, a flash drive, a best friend gone missing, and a whole lot of other moments that you just need to experience for yourself. If you have read Heresy, you know who Brinley is and Ames is her best friend and we relive some of the events in that book from the perspective of Ames. This book has an ending that I never saw coming and now I wait patiently to find out what is going to happen. I am looking really forward to the next book as it appears to be about our resident hackers Taylor and Hannibal. I can't wait to read there story and find out just exactly who she is.

It is good to be back in this world.

This series of interconnected standalones has gripped me by the throat since I first discovered it. Every book is different even though the timeline is intermixed. It still comes off as fresh and exciting. The mystery and seeing how everything ties together is riveting. The desire to see this conclude while also not wanting an end to come to this amazing world is a real struggle. I worried when there was a pause in releasing this book because even though these are separate books, there is a connection and I didn't want to lose details of the story. That didn't happen with this book.

I wasn't sure if Damon would have the same pull as the other guys. I need not to have worried because he was divine. However, I think Blue made him that way. I loved watching these two broken people become whole together. They were the same but, also, different. Their chemistry was fire. It ended at a pretty pivotal moment. It did show who was coming next and how that was going to be essential in helping the main characters, but this felt like Damon and Blue were left without a type of happily in the moment ending. I hope there isn't a long wait until the next book.

Loved seeing the old characters and laughing at the interactions between the guys. A pivotal scene with Kane and the boys had me dying. It was nice to see someone else as cunning as them. Looking forward to what comes next.

I am so obsessed with this series!

Am I crying? Yes. Am I happy? Yes. Am I in love with another couple? Yes. I am so completely obsessed with this book. With every story, I fall in love all over again. The angst, the banter, and the spice had me in a chokehold. The characters and the plot were so entertaining. Honestly, I highly recommend this series.

I knew I was going to love Blue the moment we met her in the previous story. She has been broken in the past but she is so strong now. She has all the fight and all the passion. What she sees in Damon she sees in herself and she wants nothing more than to know him and help him. Blue is one of my favorite characters ever.

Oh, baby Damon. I have felt his pain ever since Treachery. I knew his story was going to wreck me when we got glimpses in Violence. I truly want to hold this man and just love him and his scars. Damon has so much anger inside and he just wants to hide it but he can’t help but take it out on Blue. These characters are perfect for one another.

Once again Lily White has written a masterpiece. I am obsessed with the way Lily writes. Every story I’ve read by Lily has intrigued me and I’ve become obsessed. I’m so ready for Taylor’s story!

So I got this book in order to write a review on it from the queen of Dark-Romance~ Lily White 😻
She does not disappoint!!!!

The book is 5th in the Infero series.
Like a good and disciplined girl, of course I started from him 🤣

I'm going to read the previous books, because they sound 🔥🔥🔥

🔥“That’s what I’ve been telling these assholes since the first chick they abducted. Speaking of which,” Priest looks at me. “What crimes did you commit against your lady? Or did you actually do the normal thing for once?”🔥

The story here is not too dark, although it has that vibe (after all, Lily wrote it),
But it is not easy either.

The story tells us about two people with a difficult past, each difficult in a different way.

At Emily's.. a mother with anxieties from earth to the moon, who pretty much screwed up the girl's childhood and her ability to learn how to trust others (like with a puppy who was taken too early from his mother and his brothers and sisters)

I don’t let men control me. Their power, money and influence mean nothing to me. But I will use them as a tool if it benefits me.💃🏻

They're not happy with their situation.... She is not good for him, he quite scares her... but the heart wants what the heart wants.

💃🏻It shouldn’t excite me to think he’ll be back. It should terrify me instead.💃🏻

He breaks my heart

🤵🏻The blow to my heart was my fault for giving a shit in the first place, for believing there was somebody out there who could love the fucked-up mess I’ve become. I can’t blame Red. Not entirely. I know the problems I have are more than any person can tolerate. I guess I’ll just remain homeless. Unloved.🤵🏻

He reminded me so much of this puppy in the rain just waiting to be taken home.

🤵🏻A smart woman would reject me. Emily did. But not Blue.🤵🏻

Emily decides to help him.. but on her own terms

💃🏻“Take what you need, Champ,” she whispers. “If it helps you.” Her eyes search mine, empathy trickling in … Understanding. “But then you have to go.”💃🏻

She has to have it on her terms...

A word about his friends...
I didn't like him!!

🤵🏻“Fuck, man! When people tell you to call them because you need to move a body, they don’t actually mean to call them when you need to move a damn body. It’s a fucking joke.” “Just shut up, and help me figure this out,” I snap, the chaos of fear and anxiety rolling through me.🤵🏻

Emily and Damon dance a complicated dance... with every step forward they take two back...

💃🏻Never let men tell you they’re not the same. I don’t care if they’re white-collar, blue-collar, young, old, rich, poor, sophisticated or crude. If they have a dick, they’re the same; it just takes the right moment to bring it out of them.💃🏻

After the "honeymoon" period, Damon introduced Emily to his friends (even though he was really against it) and they like her..

🤵🏻“Where is Brinley, and who took her? More importantly, when do I get her back?” Ezra gives Blue another once over then nods his head in approval. “I think I like her. It’ll take a psychopath like her to put you in your place. Nice choice, brother.”🤵🏻

She's less enthusiastic about them... I'll tell you more, her feelings for Damon have cooled a bit

She scowls.💃🏻

He tries to make her feel comfortable with it 🤣

💃🏻“Blue.” “Champ,” she answers. I sigh heavily and step up to her. “I’ll put the blindfold on you and make the promise that if we do anything to harm you, we’ll all sign over the ownership papers of Myth. You’ll own it fully.” Her eyes round. “I’m more worried about if the cops will be able to find my body after this.”💃🏻

I recently got back into this series, starting with Shane's book before this one (obvi), but I enjoyed this one so much more. Damon and Blue had a lot more depth compared to Brinley and Shane, in my very personal opinion. Because when i read that book, I liked them but when i read this one? LOVED Damon and Blue. And that ending??? I can't wait for Taylor's book, omg.

Unlike the previous books in the series, where each book progresses further in cracking the code the Inferno guys are trying to figure out, this book follows the same timeline as the last one. So, we don't get much progress on that front until the end, but surprisingly, it didn't bother me. I loved seeing Damon and Blue and how their relationship developed. The twist with Damon at the end was a nice surprise, and I can't wait to see what happens next!

I read the first three books in this series about three years ago, and from what I remember about them, if I were to revisit them now, this one still might be my favorite so far.

This one deserves to be with my favorites!
It had me hooked from start to finish!

I love the push and pull with Damon and Ames, how they recognized each other through emotions.
What had me laughing out loud was the scene where Ames meets Ezra in the deal she needs to pull through for Shane and Brinley, it was hilarious, at least for me, for her probably not so much.

I did love to see them heal each other and support each other.
I guess in Ezra's book I was a complete Emily fan and found it heartbreaking for Damon, but in this one I wasn't an Emily fan and not because she did anything wrong to Damon or Ames. It was because we can read and feel the heartbreak that Damon goes through that made it so.

I'm anxious for the rest of the series especially the next one for how it will go for Damon.

I was so excited to get a copy of Anger I jumped right in. Both Damon and Ezra’s story within the Inferno series caught my interest early on and I just need to know all of the twins secrets so to finally get Damon’s story many of the secrets that occurred on every other weekend we’re finally revealed. So all I’ll say is that it was definitely an eye opener.
Damon Is quickly becoming a favourite of the Inferno guys. His story tugs on the heart strings and we get to see inside the man and just what makes him tick.

Damon and Amelie (Blue) are the perfect couple and their story is still different from the others within this series.

Blue Fire

They say that blue fire burns the hottest so it’s only fair that our FMC is all fire and fight!

Little Blue was caught in the crossfire when Damon came crashing into her world, full of anger and vengeance.

But unlike Emily, who used to kiss away Damon’s demons, Blue is forcing him to face his past head on.

But Damon faces his anger toward his father with his fists and risks losing everything.

Blue feels betrayed by Damon after he cashes in his “favour”.

This book was lacking in the “Chase” of the FMC like previous books. However, the attraction and fierce love between our 2 main characters is infinite.

But, just a cautionary warning we get a cliff hanger ending! I can’t wait to meet Hannibal 😏

Hmmm….this series is emerging slowly due to authors personal battle with cancer. I have a love hate relationship with it as the men are all pretty terrible and they get away with it because the women want to have sex with them so badly.
This book was the first book where it felt like anyone was REALLY held to task for crazy bully bullshit. I appreciated that, bc while I love the bully romance trope, it has to have some sort of reckoning beyond “my dick likes you so now I like you too” and “you destroyed my life but you have nice abs”
Anyway, all my best to the author on her healing journey. Hope eventually the series is finished!

Anger does it again!

Once again Lily White presents her readers with a hot steamy romance novel that leaves me breathless! The Inferno and their beautiful women, who get dragged in to clean up their mens messes are all present. Damon is looking for peace from his demons that haunt him and so is Ames. The Inferno are still dealing with mystery. But of course there is the quick quips and gut wrenching laughter. And I can't wait to read this again as I wait for the next Inferno from Lily White.

Broken Boy

Damon is so broken he’s never told anyone what his pos father and his friends made him and Ezra do for years . When he meets Blue ( Amelie) she sees him she sees his demons behind his eyes she sees his hurt because like understands like . He opens up to her tells her what happened to him and she wants to set the world alight to avenge him , it was so good watching Damon change I just hope they get the chance to finally be happy and I can’t wait for Taylor’s book .

They are pulled toward each other, but both know it won’t end up how they think it will. Anger and secrets keep them seeking the other out. Can they save each other, or are they both too broken?
