About the author

Known as the queen of RaunchCom, AK Landow is a spicy RomCom author. She’s a recovering attorney living outside of the Philadelphia area with her husband, who she secretly pined for through her teen years, three crazy daughters, and multiple animals.

She enjoys reading, now writing, drinking copious amounts of vodka, and laughing. Having discovered there’s no other need in the world for funny perverts, she’s thrilled to have this new avenue to channel her age-inappropriate sense of humor.

She began her publishing journey with the City of Sisterly Love series, initially writing the first book, Knight, because it pisses her off that there are so few FMCs over the age of 40. She wrote it as an FU to the romance community to let them know that "oldies" still get it on. She fell so madly in love with both being an author and her fictitious family, that she can't seem to stop writing.

The entire series centers around a group of strong, intelligent, confident, and supportive women. The central family is known for severe cases of oversharing and walking in on each other. Hilarity often ensues.

The Belles of Broad Street series debuted in 2023 with Conflicting Ventures. Indecent Ventures and Unexpected Ventures followed shortly thereafter. The final book in the series, Enchanted Ventures, came out in early 2024. It world shares with the City of Sisterly Love series, but can be read as standalones.

2024 also became the year AK entered the sports romance world. Staying true to her goals of portraying strong women, her debut sports romance novel, Double Play, is both a baseball AND softball romance. It's the first in the Extra Innings series, which is now complete with four full-length novels and a prequel novella.

In 2025, AK is looking forward to diving into the world of women's basketball and men's football. The first book in the Fourth Quarter Fever series will be Home Town Advantage, coming on September 4, 2025.

Her writing is known for laughs, tears, and being one-handed reads.

I went on an emotional roller coaster through this whole story line, there was some parts where I wanted to reach through my kindle & slap Beckett, but other than that I’m completely obsessed with these two. If you have read this authors books prior to this one, then you would already know the beautiful Amanda whom is Jades mother. Amanda is a very talented artist whom makes a living off of the sales of her pieces, but life was not always this easy, her childhood was awful with a father who cared to much about his next drink than his own daughter & her mother left as well, but thank goodness she had an amazing friend Reggie & her family who took her in & helped her during a hard time. Amanda went through some rough patches the main one is becoming an addict, but when she fell pregnant with Jade she stopped it all to give her daughter the best chance at life. Now Amanda believes in fairytales, so when she runs into Beckett Winsor she feels some type of pull to him. Beckett is a billionaire & became one at young age due to his work, but Amanda didn’t know any of this when they first met. After five years they find each other again on very different circumstances, but it works in Becketts benefit that’s for sure. I loved that they didn’t cross the line of being intimate till after the month, it gave them the time to fully embrace each other’s lives. Becketts struggles with accepting a woman is only with him for his heart & not his money, which does bite him in the butt but it’s understandable due to his late wife. Also Becketts mother Glinda isn’t amazing & I honestly loved her character so much. The chemistry & sexual relationship between Beckett & Amanda was so intense & good, I mean nothing was off the table for them, Beckett is most definitely an equal opportunity pleasure & will do anything for his cherry pie. Let’s be honest he could just whip it out & Amanda would probably drop to her knees for that man’s ladder. Those last chapters really pulled my heart out, I felt so much for both these characters & even more so for Andie. Now there will be moments you will want to shut the book because Beckett can be a pain in the rear, but push through because he will make it worth it, I promise! Overall the ending was excellent & Andies speech really had me rolling, Jade really is the best influence to her new little sister, definitely interested what is going to come next for this author.

When I started this adventure with A.K Landon, she immediately sucked me in. I read every book she ever wrote in 2 weeks, Enchanted Ventures did not disappoint !! It was captivating, wonderfully written and absolutely everything I know it would be! The spice in this book was a 10/10, absolutely everything and more! I love the way these 2 came back together. I loved the push and pull dynamic. It was amazing! Must read; I will not disappoint!

This book will pull at your heart strings throughout . Enchanted ventures features an older fmc amanda in her 40's same with our mmc beckett. I love how AK is using older characters as most the books I have read lately are younger ones.
