Great read!!! Love it!!!

This book was an eye-opener for me. I didn't know that I have anxious attachment style which helps me understand my behaviors patterns in my relationships. I like the practical solutions such as box breathing and grounding techniques. Moreover, I like the ways the author simplify them and I found these coping strategies really effective. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a deeper understanding of attachment dynamics and practical tools for emotional well-being.

My therapist recommended this book to me, so naturally I downloaded it on my Kindle and on Audible. I really like how there is a simple quiz at the end of Chapter 1 to help you determine which attachment style you are. The quiz is easy and doesn't overcomplicate things and really helps with applying the rest of the book to your own life. And this book is FULL of tips and tools to apply to yourself to improve your life.
The reason I didn't rate this book 5 stars is because of the redundancy and low level of sophistication within the writing.

Secure that lasting relationship

I think securing a lasting relationships has always be the hardest thing but to achieve this life time milestone one need to fight anxiety and disorganized behaviors. This book has dived into details how to reach to this life point.

Good read

This was an interesting read. If you’re looking for the basics of attachment theories, this would be the book for you.
