It is common knowledge that the Aztecs terrorized other tribes and sacrificed thousands of people to their blood thirsty gods, but what did they do behind the scenes? Were the Aztecs truly as heartless and murderous as was the common belief? Are those assumptions true or do they derive from those who despised this great and powerful empire? If this is true, then there is only one question what did the world look like through the eyes of an Aztec?
