Great storylines, Terrible writing

All three books had great concepts but the writing was terrible. I had reread multiple pages thinking I missed something, frequent name changes/mix ups, lots of grammatical errors and especially in the last one of the three back and forth and overlapping of chapters - sometimes it seemed like days/weeks went by but then only a day went by.
